Old Navy will always be my favorite store! I’ve been to a lot of stores and I was especially impressed with the customer service I got here. Jipsy, in particular, was super helpful!

Old navy has gotten rid of their carts. This makes it hard for anyone with a baby in a car seat. I don’t know who decided that and why they wouldn’t think outside the box.

If I could give Old Navy a Zero I would!!! I placed one of my first orders at Old Navy a few hours ago. I spent almost $300 and purchased 23 items. I recently moved and didn’t notice it automatically profiled my old address. The order was placed at 2:41am. I searched the site for several minutes trying to figure out how to update my address. After discovering I was unable to do this online I searched the web for answers. Everything I read said I would have to contact Customer to make the change. I again went back to the Old Navy website to find contact information and learned Customer did not open until 7am EST. Which would be 5am my time and only another 90 minutes at this point. I set my alarm called Custoner Service. Was informed that you can only make changes to an order an hour after the order was placed. When I asked how I was expected to do that considering they were closed, the customer rep explained there was nothing I could do and that my order could not be cancelled either. She could put in a request but there was no guarantee. I asked to speak to a supervisor at which point I was told that department didn’t open for another 90 minutes. I angrily told her to cancel the order…I would be calling my credit card to deny the transaction whether they approved it or not and needless to say WILL NOT be shopping at Old Navy again!!!!

I had a family member get me a holiday sweater from Old Navy online as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it was a bit small, so I went to this Old Navy location to try to find a larger size. The employees were so helpful! I quickly found a replacement, tried it on in the fitting room, and even though I didn't have the receipt, the cashier helped me make an exchange with little hassle. Very grateful for the customer service here, especially during the craziness of holiday shopping!

I like this place good quality. And friendly staff.
