I went in yesterday afternoon and was helped by a woman, whose name I unfortunately didn't get. I believe she may have been the manager. The customer service from her was above and beyond, I could tell she really cared about helping the customers and took pride in her position. Her staff did great as well. I would definitely recommend this store!

Friendly staff who's always willing to help you solve your vehicle issues. It helps that their prices are fair and consistent. They have a good assortment of parts on hand and others they can order. Definitely worth your time.

The guy that had helped me was awesome. I was in search of some bearings and they only had one, he made sure to get a second one before I got there so I didn’t have to go to 2 different stores. Excellent customer service

The kid on staff was Disrespectful and unwilling to be of any service, car problems inherently test your nerves to begin with. I don't appreciate being discriminated against simply trying to get help for an issue out of my wheel base, funny enough that it was a off the clock employee who took the time to be a decent person. The assistant manager. He went above and beyond to help me fix the problem and more than that he treated me with decency and respect. Thank you man for being kind. Oh I probably should add the manager out right refused to honor the claims made on their website, and more or less disregarded my attempts to find the root of my problem.

Kiley went way out of her way to help me with my issue. She was very friendly and I can’t say enough about how happy I am with her customer service!! O’Riley’s has always been my auto parts store and it’s because of their customer service that I keep coming back.

Be careful about going here. Most of staff don't know much about vehicles or parts. There's only 2 I know that are actually knowledgeable. The rest barely know but pretend they know more then you. I considered working for them but after I came in to get a part today, found out they were running their mouth about me in the parking lot. One of them being the new manager. Saying they don't wanna help me out. Considering I spend hundreds of dollars a week here, thats disrespectful and terrible customer service. I'm not the only one they do this to as I have heard them do it to other customers after they leave. There is no reason for this and the new manager is suppose to be an example but fails at providing it. Makes you wonder how she can have that position if she can't lead by example. I think it's time for me to take my business elsewhere until they can clean house and actually teach people how to respect the customers.

These guys are amazing! They are always super helpful if I ever need to scan a check engine light on my car or to purchase a part and are friendly each time I come in.

Kevin and Alyssa at the Kearns store were very helpful. They tested my battery and alternator. I avoided possible serious injuries.New batter and car is running great!

Your staff at this location are severely incompetent. You should consider retraining them or just cleaning house and hiring more staff who are capable of preforming simple tasks like using a computer. Save yourself the trouble and go to O’reilly or NAPA, at least they know what they are talking about.

Had a great experience here! The workers are all very knowledgeable and personable.I felt like I can rely on these guys especially since i have no knowledge of car parts!
