Ordered for 5 last night everyone that had beef in their plate couldn't eat it. It was disgusting and when we called to tell them we couldn't get an answer. Won't be going back to this location

My son put in order online. I went to pick it up they told the were waiting for teriyaki chicken to get done. while waiting for the food teriyaki chicken get done. I stand and watch them serve the people after me with the fresh teriyaki chicken before they completed my order .

This store needs a new manager who actually knows how to run a store so people aren’t waiting in line forever while their food is already served! By the time you get your food it’s cold. The manager at this location has a very ignorant attitude and is very rude! The last time I went there I asked if he could serve my kids meals with the chow mein from the top that had less vegetables so my kids could actually eat it as they put more vegetables then spaghetti in it and his response was no I don’t care everyone gets served the same! Like dude get a job you actually like instead of being so damn miserable at work!

I avoid rating or making complaints about places because I know how it is to work in their environment but today the service I got really irritated me. I didn't get to read his name tag but a African American young male was extremely rude from the time I walked and told him I was there for a pick up gives a snarky attitude. I notice the unitlies I asked for weren't given so I ask for some and he replies "You should've placed it in the order" and rudely hands them over. I don't know what or who ruined his day but doesn't means he need to be rude towards me. This is not the first time at this location by other employees. I've been talk to like this & managment should re-evaluate their employees.

It was so fast!! I walked in, ordered five meals and was out the door in less than five minutes! And the food was amazing and fresh!

Definitely don't try the online ordering. The employees there have no idea how it works. You'll be waiting an additional 30 minutes after your order was supposed to be completed while people are coming straight in off the street and leaving. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Went in to take an order. No body asked or greeted me to serve and none would like to help. They need to step up with their customer service. They seem to not know what they should do. What a shame!

My wife waited in line for 20 minutes before being severed then another 10 minutes to get our food. I opened my food and saw this. 28 dollars for 2 people and we got hardly any orange chicken or rice what a waste of time and the food was not great at all. Disappointed Panda Express.

The Home Depot had the tools I needed in stock. There was this Panda Express right there, so I decided to pick up lunch for my girlfriend and I on the way home. I ordered a bigger plate, 2 orange chicken and 1 terry. I also ordered a plate, 2 orange chicken and 1 order of spring rolls. I noticed the employee putting the spring rolls in with 1 order of orange chicken. I reminded her that this was a plate. So she took out the spring rolls and added another orange chicken. Then I noticed the same thing with my bigger plate, 1 orange, and 1 terry. I had to explain 3 times to the male employee that this was a bigger plate with 2 orange chicken.I get home, and give my Gf her food . . . no spring rolls. I call to get this resolved. I do not live by this Panda Express. They told me to come in. I am not driving that far for a $2 order of spring rolls. She said her boss would call me back. Her boss did not call me back. I had to call them back.Their general manager had the same offer. That I had to be in the store for them to credit back to me my $2. Insert paper boy from Better Off Dead here. He also suggested they could put in a credit in my name there. I reminded him that I live nowhere near there. There has to be a way to credit back my $2, or transfer it to the store that I do live near. Nope, no can do. Also, he told me that his employees do know what a bigger plate and a plate is when I told him I had to educate both of his employees.Then he hung up on me.

When you get stomach cramps and nauseous and dizzy an hour after you eat at a place you know there's something wrong with the food. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO PANDA EXPRESS.

Service/atmosphere is only 5 because I did it through door dash. But could if I could do negative 5 stars I would... Food was so dry. Fried Rice had chunks of something in it. Got teriyaki chicken with no teriyaki sauce. Orange Chicken was absolutely terrible. First and definitely the last time I'll ever go to this location!!
