I came down from Alberta. On the way I through my keys on my guitar and made a nice cut in one of the frets. Randy aswer me after hrs told me to send him a pick. Said it wont be a problem to fix it. Came by 2 days later when I got to Salt Lake City. 10 min later I was out with a working guitar and for a very fair price. Recommend Randys Service.

Asked him to replace a fret, when I arrived the fret wasn't fully set, he also didn't complete the set up I asked for, then charged me an extra 20 without consulting me. Strings were so high off my fretboard my guitar was unplayable below the 7th fret. Basically my worst nightmare became my reality.. randy is a good guy, very friendly, but I wouldn't trust him to touch my guitar again. Just my experience

Randy's knowledgeable and helpful. Took time to get it right as well as teaching me how to do adjustments myself

What a pleasure, to work with someone, who isn't a part of the giant corporate music chains. Can't wait to pick his guitar brains on my first lesson today.

Seems like I forgot to leave a review. Well, here it is. This guy knows his stuff. I've came in for my Peavey T-60 to be set up and it sounded great. This is definitely a go to place if you dislike going to bigger businesses. I might come back here to level the frets, crown, and polish them (on an epiphone). Good experience here.

New business. Good guitar repair guy. Recomend him as a player and repairman myself. Soon to have a recording studio. I believe he also gives lessons. I bought a Luna from him that had its head broken from the neck. Moderately difficult repair. It doesnt look perfect but plays great!

If you need a guitar fixed, Randy will do what you ask at a great price! He gave me a great deal to fix the buzzing on my acoustic and electric guitar. If you're willing to be patient with your request, you will be amazed at the quality of work he'll provide.

I took my guitar into Randy's shop to get some minor repair work done. He was fast, convenient, and the repair looks and sounds great, and all at a very sweet price. The only thing I could say that he needs to work on is a better system of record keeping, but then, it didn't look like he had a lot of business as of yet, so probably not a necessity. I'm going to be taking my other guitar in to his shop very soon.

Took my guitar in because the first fret of the first string would buzz/ring out. Thought it was the truss rod, after 5 seconds of looking at it, he determined it was my second fret crown causing the issue. He filled it down and it plays flawlessly! Thanks Randy!
