When they dropped off my furniture, they delivered the wrong boxspring size. None of my dressers had handles. So I couldn’t use any of it until the following day. Then in an attempt to rectify the situation, I was told that I would receive three weeks free Only to find out that they didn’t have it documented and considered me late for payment. Granted Celeste did make it right in the end. But what a terrible experience! If I could take this furniture back, I totally would.

It was good to know we could order a bed and dresser. I love the bed. And they also gave us a free turkey. That was so nice. The movers were good also. They put everything together good work guys. Thank you Rent-A-Center for the kind service. I know we'll be back. Happy Holidays

I have nothing negative to say about this company or the business they do, especially the West Valley store. I've been doing business through them for 5 years. My entire house is now furnished by RAC. Crystal and Mike are the only people I will take my business. I carry upwards $650+ at times and even when the same-as-cash expires on some stuff, is still extremely worth it. When you've been a VIP customer so long and have issues arise due to illness, career changes, family problems, ext...they are extremely understanding and work with you. Absolutely no complaints! The West Valley location is the place you setup accounts. Crystal is top-notch. Friendly atmosphere and treats you like a person, not a profit margin. There is stuff these people carry for actually cheaper at-cost. You can get great deals. Don't be swayed by the "rent to own" title. It's not your typical rent-to-own business. They also run specials weekly if you're already a customer that can make upgrading and renting to own new stuff to fit in with the timing of current lease payoffs. I have friends and family who come to me for stuff because they're leary of rent-to-own then discover irs actually great. We are considering a contract for a start-up small company business equipment through these guys. You can't get screwed by doing your business with RAC. I promise! My review was 5 years in the making. I wait for something bad to say. Well, after 5 years that hasn't happened. Great company and staff!

My son rented for 2yrs good standing every month. My son was moving and no longer needed to rent the items he had. I called to set up for pickup 5 days before his move out. To get to the point they never showed up to pick the items up 3 different times arranged. My son moved and the items were still at the rental home waiting to be picked the management agreed they would let them in to pick up the items as long as they call to do so first thing at the start of the day so the manager could meet them. So almost 3 weeks later my son received an email by a district manager stating they are charging 10.00 to reinstate his contract to bring it current. Well they did this and charged him 4 payments plus 10.00.I called and the manager said they finally picked it up after several calls from myself and emails from me and that they can refund one payment 63.00 but the other 3 can't be refunded they will have to be a credit for renting so something else. Well renting something else is not an option again after all this mess so I said the payments were not authorized to be charged and the rental agreement was closed and should have never been reinstated. Well still today no refund no emails back or phone calls returned. Now we have to go through the bank to fix this because Rent A center thinks they can just charge people even when contracts are closed and closed with proof. I am very disappointed in the way they treat people. Shame on them.
