Culture shock, I promised the kids a trip to Ross. As ALWAYS, there's many great deals but I didn't expect the awful mess on EVERY SINGLE AISLE. Pictures weren't allowed to post. Clothes ALL OVER the floor.

Clothes, shoes, and product were scattered throughout the store.
This is creating an unsafe environment and a likely tripping hazard.
The amount of people they have lined up to make a purchase was longer than the actual store frontage itself.
With a line of customers that long the store should have had more than three registers open.

This place needs to hire some more people to keep up with cleaning this place up. Half the merchandise is on the floor! Most Ross’s are a mess, but this is on another level.

Came in from out of town twice recently, the first time I noticed the store was very disorganized and everything was out of place, cashiers were completely disinterested in being pleasant towards their customers....but overall okay experience because good variety of items and prices. Second time the store was just as bad if not worse and the cashier was dressed very unprofessionally and very rude. seemed to hate working with people. She was very unhelpful and sarcastic, rolled her eyes multiple times... It's painful to see someone so unhappy working directly with the customers. Hope she can get moved to a different department and they can get some more workers who enjoy interacting with the public

It is extremely annoying to buy and have the cashier not remove the alarms, to walk through the door and it rings, and the contemptuous attitude of the young man from security, when asking to check your bag, when it is clearly their mistake not to remove the alarms, they were not even kind before his mistake.
