“ODFL was chosen by a company for my off-road bumper shipment. Their customer service representative was very friendly and helpful as we tried to make a few changes to the shipping address. Communication was great. I received a call from their delivery driver 30 minutes prior just as requested. The driver was also extremely friendly and helpful. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would gladly take every shipment from this crew. Thank you!”
