Very rude and don't want to do there job I called about a transfer for my medication and the female working there asked me what my medication was for why does she need to know? That's confidential with me and my doctor and when I declined to answer she replied with they would help but to not call until tomorrow because they are busy today it's 5:00pm it only takes 5 minutes to call horrible staff and the guy there doesn't know how to his job asked a question about a transfer and didn't know what I was even talking about

horrible to customers, very rude and demanding over the phone and have people that seem like they dont know what there doing like do they even have a clue what to actually do and how to treat people. going to a different smiths even for my shopping

I called in a Rx for a pt and Kaden answered the phone and he stated he didn't know how to take the prescription and the pharmacist was very busy to talk to me the reason I called in the Rx is because my doctor daughter died and he asked to call the Rx Kaden acting stupid like I was doing something wrong he put me on hold and he disconnected me this Smith pharmacy always are very rude and poor customer service they should retired or closed it

Treat me nicelv and have always help me with any concerns or questions. The people at this location are the best.They know me and have become the only pharmacy I will use. Drive-up window is convenient.

They either lose prescriptions, tell you they only have you for a partial prescription , or prepare the prescription and not notify you, and deny you pick up till next day, even if you have an emergency.
I have Smith's pharmacy many chances over the years and it never got better, I'll now avoid them when and if I can !!!
Just avoid them .
Trust me on that, it will save your sanity and give you a fair shot at an actually professional place

Trash pharmacy! They will lie and not help you when ordering special medication! I had to call another smith's and have them do it! Very bad place! Even worse manager and they lie! How can one smith order medication when another can't? They use the same providers! Even the other person who helped said you really didn't want to help me, because they did without a problem. Will never be back! Lost my business forever!

Horrendous. If you want a run around and your prescription lost, literally lost, then no need to look further. I stopped all prescriptions after way too many headaches and issues. Costco has been impeccable for pharmacy related services. I suggest to please leave Smiths pharmacy as soon as possible before they lose your prescription.
