People can't even line up properly here and private information is leaked to whoever is standing right behind you. The prescriptions are too slow compared to any cvs or Walgreens. Go to the Walmart instead. There's too many out of stock prescriptions for it to be used regularly

They never pick up the phones when you call. Seems like they are hiring pharmacy tech that is always in training and is not well trained. They can never refill your prescription in a timely manner.

So how do we get a prescription from this Smiths? They will not pick up a phone call and the app shows my prescription in progress for days even after the proposed pick up time and date. Who can help???
Back again today, the lines were terrible. Not a tech in sight and I had to go get the store assistant Director to help us.
Can you please give the store some more labor? They are not having enough labor to get their jobs done correctly.

All the time I went this location only 1 person worked for customer long line take so long the prescription slows issues . They are make a lot money or profit to insurance and people very poor services…😢😌😒😩👎🏿..

Literally all these one star reviews are just a bunch of Karens. The pharmacists here are so kind and half of the staff knows me by name. They always answer the phone when I need to refill something and when I come to refill in person, it takes like 10 minutes to refill multiple meds. They always ask if I have questions and give thorough consultations on new medications. I think Brooke is the pharmacist who is absolutely amazing every single time. Lisa is a fantastic tech as well. I’m so glad I switched to this pharmacy instead of the Walgreens in the same lot. They even help with OTC meds. One time they helped me figure out the correct size band aid I needed. They are actually awesome here and I’ve been coming here for years. They never talk down to me and I never feel judged based on which meds I’m on. Very grateful to always have a positive experience here. 10/10 recommend

Tells you your items are going to be ready at a certain time and they are never done at that time. Can be days late and still make you wait 30 minutes when you get there because they are “backed up.” Their phone refill system is useless.

Use to love this pharmacy. We just moved back and thought they’d be just as great. Was wrong, they won’t put any effort in trying to help you with your prescription, they never answer the phone to check up on the status so you can follow up. The pharmacy tech are not well trained (not their fault) though they can be rude which can be understandable if they have to deal with unsatisfied customers due to their lack of training. They’ll automatically put you on auto refill for everything if you’re not careful you’ll pick up medication you don’t need even after repeatedly asking for them to remove that medication. Pharmacist don’t want to reach out to providers if things need to be followed up. My doctors absolutely hate dealing with this location and have advised to switch pharmacy as well. Beware if you’re with them. Normally don’t leave this kind of review and will just switch without saying anything but I don’t want anyone to have to go through this either.

I have been a loyal customer here since they opened. In the last year or so it has become the worst the pharmacy I’ve experienced. When you call in a prescription you are connected with an automated system. I called in a very common prescription this morning and it said it would be ready tomorrow after 5:30 pm. It gives you an option if this is not acceptable. It then gave me after 5:30 pm today. I then called back and spoke with a actual person who said they’d have it ready today after 2:00 pm. When I got there, after being 5th in line, they don’t have any of the medication but they are expecting it on Tuesday.

Absolutely not. The service at the Pharmacy was wretched. It should be an example of how not to treat customers who are also patients. I have never been treated so poorly while filling a prescription, ever.

Don't bother calling ahead to get your prescriptions filled. They never bother filling them anyway. You'll still end up waiting an hour once you get here.
Hands down the most useless pharmacy I've ever been to.

STOP GOING HERE, It’s walk in only and they take forever!! You wait forever just to be told to wait longer cause THEYRE backed up from the holidays and even tho you called hours prior you still won’t be put in queue until you’re IN STORE is what the last worker told me and the other one a few days ago said it’s just how shitty it gets before the holidays, again not my problem or fault after you said verbally that it’d be ready by 3pm and I didn’t leave w my moms pain killers til 5pm smh she was in so much pain all day waiting for yall to fill it so I advise everyone to SWITCH PHARMACIES CAUSE THIS ONE SUCKS
