Typical grocery store, though I like this location more than most that are closer to me. I believe Click List at most locations has deteriorated. I'm always missing items that they do not account for. This was the case with this most recent trip.

My sister and I went shopping here at this Smith’s location, and we were at the self check out when we noticed our total wasn’t adding up. I saw these 8ct chisel tip expo markers on sale for 90% off, the original amount was $9.99 with the discount it shows $1.00. When we asked if we could get it checked the lady threw so much attitude and was very hostile. She made us feel like we were stupid asking “are you it’s $1.00?” My sister said that’s what the price tag stated. She went storming off to the aisle trying to see if it was true, and she left us feeling like she assumed we were lying or trying to bag this. Upon her return she said it’s supposed to be the thin small expo markers, but when I told her it said chisel tip and the small photo on the shelf showed this specific pack! On top of the shelf area these were at had a handful of these packs. She claimed it was still wrong and just scanned another item that was for $1.75 but didn’t clear the first scan of my expos leaving my total over $20. When we asked her to come back and fix it she then again came back with attitude and voided things then went about her way. My whole thing is she could have just admitted she was wrong, instead of making us feel like we couldn’t be trusted and felt like she thought we were going to steal. I appreciate the price changing, but the attitude, assumption and lack of accountability was not appreciated. I believe her name was Falecia.

Always a hassle at this store, I try not to come here, but sometimes I need to do a quick stop, but I always end up regretting!

The whole store is not ada compliant. There are bumps in the doorway to get into the store that almost knocked me out of my wheelchair every time I go over them because they're so big, and often times there are huge baskets blocking aisle ways so it's impossible to navigate.
