The slowest Starbucks I’ve been too , and the man that was working couldn’t get my order right until the 3rd time . At first I can understand if you’re confused but then to wait 35 minutes for one drink is ridiculous. They need more workers !

Store said it opens at 8 I showed up at 8:10 to get a drink before work and the Starbucks was completely dark and I asked the person working her name was Krystal, if they were open and she told me they wouldn’t be for another 40 minutes. So I walked around the target and came back 40 minutes later and it still wasn’t open and she told me it’s not my fault we won’t be open for another 20 minutes . Then walked off. I’m tired of this Starbucks being so bad . Krystal was very disrespectful and I am disappointed and upset with my service here and will be filing a corporate complaint.

Do not go to this location if your are looking for the real deal! This supposed to be the ice coffee w/milk. Where's the milk?? This is horrible! Thanks for wasting my money

This has to be the worlds slowest Starbucks. Not to mention the staff pushing their political opinions on the guests. The area around the store is super cluttered. Next time we want coffee and Target, we'll get coffee elsewhere.

This location suffers from low staffing. Anytime I've ever come there is only one person taking orders and making drinks. Often this results in very long lines and a lot of upset people haNever had any issues with my orders though for what it's worth

Ordered a tall mocha Frappuccino the sweetest drink Ive ever had. I get one at least 3x a month, and for the girl to tell me that’s how it’s supposed to look because of the caramel dripping down the cup… is ridiculous. Don’t they train them. She gave me enough sugar for a Venti, no exaggeration. I didn’t take it back but I spent my money for something I threw out. I also paid for a pastry. I know nothing ever becomes of these reviews but at least I vented.

Always understaffed and the older gentleman with the long grey hair I think his name is August, is always talking bad about the Starbucks and there staff at west valley location up the street that is currently under going renovation. Been coming here only because west valley is currently closed so about 3-4 weeks and nothing but negative comments out of his mouth. SMH!
