This was a very difficult time for myself and my family when we rented our storage from stor and lock. The front office lady is the most wonderful person that took care of me .very kind and friendly and she made me feel welcome .Her name is crystal there are a few other gentleman on site as well that were just great ..But most of all i just wanna say That this employee crytal was just amazing.Thank u so much for just being you...... Best service ever was greeted with a huge smile by Crystal and renndarl.They showed me the size difference by measuring tape, i could not comprehend.They then went out of their way to show me the storage units in person.The golf ride was smooth and fun.Everything was quick n easyPrices were a little too high but well worth it.They even gave me a free lock because i was not satisfied with the prices and a 50$ coupon!I would highly recommend this place! Based solely off of customer service!Because you can buy storage anywhere but not great customer service satisfaction.

Always have a great experience working with these guys!!! Krystal was so kind, loving and helpful and that really made a difference in my experience since moving things isn’t always the best process of life. She definitely made me feel like I was in the right place at the right time. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a friendly storage business this is the place!
