I had a great experience today at Supercuts. I used their website to book my appointment. I did a choppy job cutting 15 inches off my hair to have it just below my shoulders. The hairstylist was able to even out my hair, gave me framing layers and thinned my thick hair just as I requested. The environment was really friendly and I appreciate that we were able to chat and giggle during the service but also have quiet time too. I wish I knew the hairstylist by name, she was a red head. Super sweet.

Cici is always amazing she is why I keep.going back. Love our conversations as she is doing my hair. She has managed to help me keep my hair healthy. Kiah is amazing person these ladies always make my bad days much better. Cici has helped my hair grow long and beautiful as I have natural curly hair she knows how to cut it and gives me advice for my hair

My stepdaughter and I are very pleased with our cuts and service this time . However I think judging by what we we witnessed supercuts should only do cuts by appointment only. The store was not busy and even with an hour and a half left till closing they sent 4 walkins away . The hairstylists gossiping to each other about the nerve of people who walk in wanting a haircut without appointments. About 2 months ago I was also sent away a half an hour before closing . There were no customers in the building and both stylists were sitting in their chairs on their phones .

The greeting was fast and efficient, the wait was short and the haircut it self was fast and the worker explained what she was doing.

Kiah is the bomb!!! She is the only one I trust with my beard and my kids cuts too. She's awesome!!!! I followed her from another location I on 10 miles away because she is that good!
