I want preface that I am not mad at being towed. I understand that your car being towed will naturally generate a lot of "anger." This is not why I am angry. I am mad at how they towed my car. But man, do these guys absolutely deserve every bit of back talk, and insult coming their way though. I really tried to be nice to these guys, it's a job, and sometimes while handling a situation like this is frustrating. I made it a point to remind myself the person telling you what's going isn't at fault. However, the man who helped me release my car to me was super rude and unprofessional. He slammed doors, made passive aggressive comments, and was visibly annoyed at me inconveniencing him. This wasn't just a personality clash. He was just simply awful and wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible.Getting annoyed, I asked forward questions on how they towed my car. The reason I asked is because I am someone who applies their E-Brake after putting my car in parked. If they tow it incorrectly, then my rear brakes will be destroyed. He claimed they make sure all 4 wheels were off the ground when they tow any car. Then he rudely assured me they took pictures before pick up and after drop off to inspect any damage.So, paying an obscene $385 fee for a repossession, I inspected my car for damage. They absolutely scratched and damaged the hell out of my front bumper, and destroyed part of my under carriage. I also suspect my suspension and brakes are also damaged. I asked if I could compare pictures, and wanted to know what happened. But they denied any and all liability for damage claiming it was already there and their pictures are for their records only. I asked for their insurance information, and "it's policy they don't give out that information over the weekends." What? Lol.Well, lawyer up Swift Towing because I will be pursuing legal action for vehicular damage/vandalism and am reporting this predatory towing business to the BBB. I hope no one else gets towed by this company, they do not tow your cars properly! Be Sure to be vigilant and thorough for possible damage.

This is a legalized scam. You can submit a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or contact UDOT for Utah and file a complaint for predatory towing. I've done so and hope everyone who was scammed by this shady operation does the same.

I know this guy is doing his job, but when we called to come in and set an appointment he showed up late and he lied about the price and overcharged us. He prefers cash so he doesn’t have to report it on his taxes. Very dirty and filthy place and extremely unprofessional.

My newly bought van was parked at my apartment complex after getting manager approval to park there they gave me an deadline for March 7th to get my van registered. Today they tow my van without looking on the notes on their end. The property manager call the driver to bring it back to the apartments and he never show up so I don't have my car seats for my kids nothing like that. This is completely ridiculous.

A true legal mafia... how is it possible that there are no places to park your car when you visit your relatives... this tow truck hides like rats waiting for someone to park a car in a place that according to them is not allowed. Where we parked the car was not painted, there was no sign indicating that you cannot park, nor did we use or close anyone's space. We simply parked around a corner house. The same house we visited. We even have the videos, my wife gets out and 3 minutes later they take the car and take it away quickly. Some real rats.

Talk about expensive and shiesty folk. These people are on the "take". Car broke down, got towed by this tow yard. 295.00$ just for overnight. They want 250.00 more to tow the car off the lot because it won't start. And they refused to allow you to push it or tow it yourself off their lot they say it needs to be hooked to a tow truck and they have a tow truck but for $250 to tow it less than 300 yards. Now if that is not highway robbery I don't know what is .
