Yesterday I went to upgrade my phone I waited for over an hour . Which I understand it's the holidays but when the girl finally came over she lied and said I couldn't upgrade my phone without getting an apple watch and accessories because they are "only doing bundles" . When I know damn well she was lying because the people that were people helped before me only walked out with a phone , when I told her no ill just do the phone she said ok well I can only ship it to you. Lmao

Worse service ever. I went to return an brand new unopened screen protector within 30 days receipt in hand and apparently they’re policy is 14 DAYS ???. Sorry I was sick with the flu and couldn’t make it in the store before then. Thanks @TMobile and just lost $60 bucks.

I was trying to activate an iPhone here and they said they did it and it would take 20 minutes to be fully activated but that did not happen had to call customer care so they could do it properly

Just went here to help my aunt and uncle get a new phone since they speak limited English. Despite the longer wait time as the store was extremely busy, we had an amazing experience with Brad - he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and especially patient with us throughout the purchasing and activation process. He also came back around to check up on us repeatedly as we were setting up the phone. Best customer service I’ve had at any T-Mobile location

Worst experience I've ever had at a store. One of the guys told me a straight lie that he couldn't return my accessory because it was from a different store location. Even though I had a receipt. Brad was very helpful though
