Nate, and Jess are always very helpful and friendly aThey go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and very accommodating My little dog JoJo loves the attention she gets even we’re there and the facility is always well kept and clean. I used the storage spot for their Uhaul rental service and had a great experience. I did not get their names but both employees I interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The woman who initially helped me even let me borrow a 2" ball hitch since I had forgotten to change my 2 5/16" ball before coming. Fantastic customer service, would rent here again!

Customer experience was the best we've ever had! The gentleman that just helped us pick up a uhaul trailer was the nicest and so efficient! Highly reccomend coming here!

The service with storage spot was amazing. The guy that helped us was also amazing and so seamless with getting the truck getting the boxes doing everything we needed to do to get moved. I would recommend.!

My experience has been very good. Staff is extremely helpful, and made the process easy. I took them up on there promotional offer of the first two months being half off, they honored it. Great company, they are always geared to help .
