I want to share an outstanding experience I had at Ulta thanks to one of your incredible employees, Jasmine.
Over the weekend, I had a minor boating accident while camping out of town, which left me with a very visible black eye. I was feeling anxious about returning to work without any idea how to cover up such an enormous purple bruise, and I didn’t have the right makeup products or any color-correcting knowledge. To make things even more stressful, my flight back to Utah was scheduled to arrive so late that I worried I’d miss store hours entirely.
Thankfully, I made it to Ulta just 10 minutes before closing. Jasmine could have rushed me out the door, but instead she took the time to really listen, offer thoughtful suggestions, and expertly color-match me. She was so knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping me feel my best.
Thanks to her recommendations, I was able to return to work today with my black eye flawlessly covered and my confidence fully restored… something that would have been impossible without her guidance.
Jasmine truly personified Ulta’s mission of bringing possibilities to life through the power of beauty. She made me feel seen, understood, and special. She deserves to be recognized by her leadership team for going above and beyond. I’m so grateful for her help and can’t recommend her enough!

I came in looking to get color-matched for foundation and concealer. I was a little shy about asking for help in a beauty store but the team made me feel so welcomed. Definitely an no judgement zone. I had an amazing experience getting a haircut with Tenzin! From start to finish, the stylist was attentive, skilled, and really listened to what I wanted. The layers added so much movement and volume to my hair without making it feel too light or choppy. The bangs were cut perfectly to frame my face and gave the whole look a fresh, stylish vibe. 10/10 experience!

Heather was amazing! She went to extra mile to help me get my birthday gift as it is today. She over heard conversation and I was being told that I would have to come back. However Heather, came over to the rescue and took care of me.

I've gotten my hair done the last few times by Tenzin, and she is such a great hairstylist! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to her craft, and she's always willing to explain the process. I usually get my layers and eyebrows done by her. Both turned out better than I imagined! I've added photos of my last hairstyle (a blowout) the day of and the day after (with my glasses), as well as my eyebrows. Make sure to book her when you head to WV Ulta!

Before going to Florida Keys I purchased some ‘Tree Hut Ocean Glow Hydrating Body Oil’. It is amazing! It absorbs enough that it is not super oily feeling, yet when I get out of the ocean I can tell I still have some on my body. Makes skin look healthier and feels awesome!
