  Their carriers lie and say I wasn't home and there wasn't a safe place. That was Wednesday. Uhhhh I was home and there are 2 safe places, my door step or the closet by the door. No big deal it's just an air conditioner and it's only my health 🤷‍♂️ then since he was too lazy to bring it Thursday or Friday, I called to reschedule the delivery but the lazy driver decided he didn't want to bring it to me on Saturday. Employees like that should be fired immediately! No wonder nobody in their right mind uses usps anymore.

  Dropped off a priority flat rate envelope here on a Saturday after the post office was closed. It cost the same and I got a usps receipt with tracking just like I would at the post office. No wait.

  Called to speak with someone because the tracking said a packaged was delivered to the parcel locker. I had no key in my mail box to open any parcel lockers. When I called it’s says transferring you to an agent. No one picks up the phone and the system just hangs up on you after 3 minutes. I called 3 times and no answer.

  They are remodeling my house and they have construction trailers in front of my house. The mailman didn't want to leave my mail because they are parked in front of my house and he can't lift the mail car very far and he doesn't want to get off. I'm waiting. important email and they are not delivering it to me and I am calling the office but they are not answering me I need my email.

  Post office do not have printer lable or print paper. it’s sound like unprofessional, they won’t print for you anything lable or mail. I came here many times.

  Not a legit usps site. Charged me and my tax letters got sent back.

  They were so unhelpful I had a prepaid scan code the return instructions clearly says that if I wasn’t able to print it myself take it to the carrier and they can assist me she would not print it out for me and was going to hand right the address and the shipping address/ tracking code on a plain piece of white paper.
