Post office do not have printer lable or print paper. it’s sound like unprofessional, they won’t print for you anything lable or mail. I came here many times.

They were so unhelpful I had a prepaid scan code the return instructions clearly says that if I wasn’t able to print it myself take it to the carrier and they can assist me she would not print it out for me and was going to hand right the address and the shipping address/ tracking code on a plain piece of white paper.

Worst ever cuatomer experience and would not let me use the tape because i was not going priority level. You pay extra to ask for help and lady had the worst attitude

I understand these are Harmons employees, but if you're staffing the "post office" inside, you should have SOME sort of training. Not only could I not get an answers to ANY question I asked, there was an attitude of simply not caring. The rude customer service is not consistent with Harmons at all.

My carrier has delivered my mail to different addresses time after time I haven't received mail for 2 weeks I have had to get refunds twice this week on my packages that never got delivered. I try to call and get put on hold for over 1.5 hours... Horrible customer service...
