Not sure why there is always an issue with this Post office delivering packages, and when you call, no one picks up the phone

I’m local to this office, and they’re hit and miss, but what prompted my review, was seeing in my ring camera that my delivery person fake knocked on my door and just started filling out the “reschedule delivery” paper.
I had to take my whole lunch break to go get a package that won’t fit in any normal car. When it was sitting on my porch and they faked the knock.
Well, here I am picking it up, talking to a human, I ask, can I file a complaint, this was very inconvenient for me… the response? “I could, but it won’t change anything”. So I tried to and they basically said that they wouldn’t take a complaint.
This is the best argument against government funded anything.
I lose my lunch break, they get a pension.

Been almost a week, informed delivery says i am going to receive mail, mail never comes. Mail carrier passes the house each day. Total crap what my tax dollars are paying for.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER. They don’t answer the phone or they pick up the phone and hang up. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! THEY HAVE LOST TWO PACKAGES OF OURS. The central pick up boxes suck.

Put my package in someone elses mailbox, tried to look for it but failed. Told me to file a claim and then denied my claim. Worst USPS around.

The carrier for my neighborhood is just human debris. Whenever I need a signature he or she keeps on scanning it as delivered so I can’t schedule a redelivery. So I am forced to drive all the way to the post office. This happened 4, FOUR, times. So when I get to the office, there is typically one clerk and the line is about 20 minutes. I’ve been to many post offices, many pretty good, and this one is the most like what you would find from a Seinfeld episode.

Every time my carrier from this post office has a package that needs a signature they NEVER ring the bell and knock softly. If it happened once that would be one thing, but it's happened so many times it's ridiculous. They flat out don't CARE if you get your package or not. It's the perfect stereotypical government employee.

Soooooooo crowded and only two people were working. I waited in a huge line for nearly 30 minutes, but once I was waited on, the gentleman was awesome, super polite, and apologized for the long wait. Worth it!

When I arrived there was a line of 4-6 people but that went by quickly.
Jenny helped me at the front with a return and was positive throughout the time she was helping me.

Counter clerk with short blond/green hair was extremely rude to EVERYONE in line including an elderly lady. Scram at individual asking were box was and has zero customer service. No patients, no customer service and should have no job. No one deserves to be treated in this manner.
