Warning: They told me in text that they replaced the engine on my 2006 Honda Odyssey with another engine from a car that they had bought just one month ago. I took The car into the shop for some repairs cause it’s an old car. And my mechanic said it’s likely that they never replaced the engine and he also found some insanely concerning safety issues with the car. I called the dealership and their service department confirmed that they never replaced the engine. They also said that they won’t take the car back. And now they are dodging all of my calls and won’t call me back.

Do not buy a car from this place. It is an absolute disaster. I bought a car from them. They will not give me the title or the plates after I bought the car cash because they forgot to do an inspection. They have wasted three of my days I have came back three times and they can’t do the vin Inspection for random excuses they bring up every time if you want your time wasted come to this place the car they sold me also broke down a week later and costed me $1000 in auto repairs along with other things that I cannot repair right now save yourself do not buy a car from here. This place is ridiculous. Wellington and all the other employees here are completely useless and they will waste your time and sell you broken cars

Do not buy here!!! Dishonest!! Horrible experience with this dealer. They lied about the condition of the car. Within 2 weeks of purchase the transmittion starting having major issues. I tried to use the warranty we got from them but it was worthless. They initially offered to help with repairs but then I got the run around and they wouldn't take my calls. My mechanic looked at the car and told us the car had been totalled. I reached out to the dealer and was told that the car was perfectly fine when they sold it and that it must have happened in our care. I am stuck with a unsafe, undrivable car.

I'm here to share my experience at Vectra Auto Sales yesterday. Stop number 1, Midvale lot: I setup an appointment via text, with a fairly quick response. Viewed the car I was interested in, and William was very professional, He listened to my needs after the first car I tested did'nt meet them, and was very sharp and to the point to redirect me to the West Valley lot, in which Gus, stepping in for John, helped me and was able to help me conclude the car of choice, with no pressure. John doubled back later, and made sure I was well taken care of, and the staff there was energetic, and willing to help me in any way that I needed, which is a testament, of a good sales person/person in general. Two others left reviews stating that they were sold broken cars?? Ladies and Gentlemen, when you signed the agreement, those contracts say: SOLD AS IS....which means you dont call the next day grilling the business for bad practice, next time bring your experienced mechanic, or study the JD Power reviews of these USED vehicles, with HIGHER miles, meaning, NOT NEW, and taking a chance on a used car is always a risk of the unknowns of past service, past owners abuse to the vehicle, ETC.
