I'm a big fan of the service here. Very friendly and welcoming. The employee who helped me was very sweet and outgoing. I believe their name was Eli. Very helpful. I'll definitely be coming to this location more in the future!

The employees at the store I went to were great. I was sent there by a different location to get what I needed and at the first store I had mentioned that my time was pretty limited. When I arrived at this second location they were aware of my desire to leave by a certain time without me having to mention it. I didn't expect the first person I mentioned it to to pay that much attention let alone mention it to the other location. I was impressed.

Jonathan was great. Helped us upgrade our phones and transfer everything over. Even brought chairs out for my kids to sit on.

Similar to other comments. If you're not buying anything don't waste your time. I needed help transferring service from my old phone to a phone I bought directly through Apple. I was told I could pay $40, or if I signed up for internet and cancelled it the next day they would waive the fee. Pressuring customers so they can hit a sales bonus is pathetic when they could have very easily just helped me in sub-10 minutes. I was the only customer in the entire store with three idle employees. I refused to pay so I was told to call the 1-800 number. I've never been impressed with Verizon customer service, but this is a new low.

If you are not buying something don't waste your time even going in. I needed help transferring my old phone to my upgraded phone. They wanted to charge me $30 even though customer service said if I needed any help at all I could just swing by a store when I upgraded my phone. of course If I had done a phone pick up instead of having them send it to my house they would have done everything there anyway. I sat in the store for 30min while the sale person brushed around helping me. He wouldn't even connect me to the store Wi-Fi so I could to smart switch. Then when it failed because the near by Wi-Fi connection was lost he said you just need to go home and do it (but if you try it again now it will duplicate the 70% you already transferred.) When asked how to have it not do that he had no answer and told me again I needed to go home and do it.

The folks here don’t know what their doing…I placed an online order to pick up a phone when I got the text saying it’s ready to be picked up I went to the store to pick up the phone and they try to say that i have to pay full price full the phone again when I already made the transaction online..this was after waiting for over 20 min in the store and the sales rep try to up sell on their plans and accessories while I continue to say I am happy with my plan all I need is to pick up my phone I ordered…I ended up having to call customer service and switching to shipping!
