The pharmacist and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my prescription was filled before I left on a long trip. My home pharmacy on 33rd South was zero help and the West Valley location came through for me in the nick of time! Worth the drive.

Trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy is next to impossible. I sat on hold for 15 minutes. They kept picking it up and then put me back on hold in one day. I sat on hold for 37 minutes. A total of three different phone calls. It’s ridiculous.

Ok, so I really dislike Walgreens overall but had to pick up a prescription for my son here tonight and Prince made a huge difference, he greeted me, was kind and although stressed, treated me with kindness and we had brief conversation! Thanks Prince, and keep making a difference in the world! 😎
