Not good. I forgot my wallet, reassured the cashier and the lady who was training her I would be right back. I finished chking out $200 cart. Ran quickly home and back in 10 min. Waited in line at customer service to only to be told they had already disassembled the cart! Alsotold that it is "policy" to only hold a cart for 15 minutes...which is a complete and utter bullshit lie! There is no"policy"

Did a pickup order at 9am said it would be done by 8pm. Wasn't done called at 10am the NEXT DAY no answer tried for 30 minutes was hung up on 10 times without EVER actually reaching a person! Went into the store to be told oh we don't carry what you ordered. Well you could emailed, called, texted or simply picked up the phone one of the literal 20 times I tried to call to inquire the status of my order. This is ridiculous! And this isn't the first time. Last time they cancelled my order at the time of pick up. The only reason I used this store is it was the only location that had the items I needed in stock.

I did a pickup and delivery for groceries, and the problem began when I called to verify that I was there. The lady who answered was on two different phones at the same time and had to ask me again what my name was, and I had to repeat what reserved parking space I was waiting in. Even the worker who came to load the groceries in the trunk didn't tell me if I'm aware of the items they weren't able to get. If your job is to interact with people all day long, and you can't communicate or focus your attention on a customer then why were you even hired? Unprofessional to the max!

Friendly cashiers might help. No greeting, no chat or acknowledgement what so ever. Didn't even say how much the total was. But I did get a thank you at the end. FRIENDLY IN THIS STORE IS NOT PART OF THE TRAINING.

If you HAVE to go to a Walmart, go to any one besides this one. They're unsanitary during the pandemic and offer almost no services. Everything is "broken" according to them and they tell you one thing but will honor what would be the complete opposite & then blame it on the customer. From their tire center to pharmacy, it's all below par and every other Walmart around town exceeds this Walmart's standards.

You are treated like a criminal coming out. Checking your receipts. Scanning an item and the receipt. I will never come back.

Your average Walmart. But be careful in the parking lot. I've already seen 2 accidents just in the lot. The busy parking lot sets this place apart from the other Walmart's in the valley.

Sadly Wal-Mart is now AntiGun AntiAmerican vAmerican I can't support a store that does not support our rights as Americansalues I will no longer be a customer nor my family of 7 who has spent money every month here. I walk away vowing to never return to your store again As a Veteran As a Father and Proud I will shop at 2nd Amendment friendly stores even if it costs more to support a gun friendly business.

I hate this Walmart, for the most part I choose to never enter Walmart', but this one is getting bad. I had to find a cheap phone cord and went to the electronics section. Everything is locked up, even the d*** stuff. So, since I had to ask for a Walmart employee to open it I went on the hunt, they never have anyone in the electronic section to help, but this one time I considered myself lucky because there were 3 of them talking in a group. I approached them and said "excuse me I need help opening a cabinet" those a-holes looked right at me then kept talking and walked away. No response. Finally another employee saw it and helped me out. I'm sick of dealing with terrible employees, and being cornered by people trying to sell phone providers or internet providers I didn't go to Walmart to try and be sold Comcast. I'm sick of Walmart and am not going back, the only thing I can do is put my review in and move on.

My wife bought a sprinkler and did not save her receipt. It broke. Expecting I could return it with proof of purchase from a credit card like your competitors do, they would not accept the exchange/return. I threw the sprinkler in their garbage can instead. This is a poor customer relation model. I wouldn't shop here unless you like collecting receipts or junk.

I went into the service department and requested my oil to be changed with Castrol synthetic oil, same as the oil they used on the last oil change and they also have a promotion for a free NFL blanket with the purchase. I went to do some grocery shopping and returned to find that the sticker placed on my windshield said my next oil change would be due in 3000 miles, I went back to have the sticker changed to 5000 miles and was told they can not change the sticker and that no matter what oil was purchased the sticker would say 3000 miles, it is programmed in their system this way. With this being my wife's car I only changed the oil because this sticker said it needed to be changed (the employee I spoke with agreed, I really did not need to change the oil). I also found out from reading the store receipt that it said they used Pennzoil instead of the Castrol oil that I requested even though the service order ticket said Castrol synthetic oil was requested, not a big deal, but I would like the Cowboys blanket so they printed up another receipt saying they used Castrol oil, but after getting home I realized it said that the total charges were 0, so this would not work for the proof of purchase. I called and spoke with a manager (Cody) and was told I would receive a call back after he spoke with the manager of the service department. We will see, but regardless I would not recommend the service department or Wal-Mart for oil changes.
