We're always helped as quickly as possible, and treated with respect and dignity at this Walmart pharmacy. Their customer service is great. Some other store associates could learn a lot from their pharmacy staff.

This place is garbage. I was the only one standing there waiting and the workers kept looking over but avoiding my eye contact. Then someone else came and they helped them right away. What?? I will never pay this place a dime.

I went to use the curbside pickup at 6 pm. I had just been with my son at Primary’s and needed to pick up my medication. I was told that the curbside pickup was closed and when I asked about hours they told me it all depended on how busy they were in the store. While I can understand that...curbside pickup exists for a reason and can’t be open and closed at their convenience. Customers will not know when they can pick up prescriptions and it’s supposed to be open with the stores hours because of Covid. I had a medical reason for trying to use curbside pickup. I’m extremely disappointment in the customer service I received today. I would have happily waited for someone to be available to come out. I could have even keep an eye on my son who had been vomiting all day while getting my prescriptions. If one wasn’t critical to my mental health I wouldn’t have even tried with my son in the car.

Staff member yelled at me for something I didn’t do (frightening). The manager called and apologized for her behavior, so I tried this pharmacy again. But my requested Rx never arrived in the mail, so I was without medication for a few days and they got angry when I eventually called to ask if it had been mailed. (It hadn’t.)

Went to get my script, but since they were out for lunch, I grabbed three other items before getting in their line. I asked them to ring up the three items as well as my script, they refused, stating "my line is too long. Go over there and check out."So I waited in A LONGER line at Walmart for my three items. The pharmacy has NEVER said they can't ring up a few other items.This guy was just a j*** about it. It's not like I had a full cart of stuff, I had just three small items, in my hands.I should've been a j*** back and just left my items sitting on his counter and walked away.

I have had nothing but bad experiences since I switched my prescription here. From waiting 2 hours in store when promised it would be 5 minutes, to dealing with rude employees regularly, it has been a nightmare. I never had any issues before I switched here and am definitely going to be getting my prescription filled elsewhere from now on.

I had to pick up two prescriptions in three days because my kids both had ear infections. The same person helped me both times and asked how things were going. Great friendly service. Wish it didn't take a half an hour to pick up the medicine but it is alright.
