They changed the interface and user experience for the photo kiosk area. Before you simply upload photos and choose the amount and size below each photo and in the end they'll all be added in bulk to the cart, but now you have to pick a set size, upload photos, and then add each individual to the cart one-by-one where theres's a slow animation. There wasn't a problem before, but now they made it too difficult to navigate and it takes longer.

NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. I already dialed a few times today in different timings like for example I dialed at 11am and then 2pm and on and on. NEVER got a response, workers would pick up quick and put me on hold without saying anything. I still need to pick up my stuff that I had to pick up since 11am and it's pissing me off.

On 12/2/21, I placed an online order with the photo center to have 5 8x10 photos printed for my families Christmas presents. My email stated my estimated date to be completed was 12/13/21. I didn't hear anything on the estimated completion date, so I look up the status from my email only to find out there is a delay. I I understand that things happen and it gets busy, but they could have at least sent an email saying the prints are delayed. Had I not checked I wouldn't have known and as I stated these are Christmas pictures for family. The customer service at Walmart is horrendous. They don't care about helping anyone.

There are not enough checkers. They even have a huge line for self service. I hate self service but when you have to wait thirty minutes to check yourself out it goes too far. Do you guys even want my money? I suppose not. Good luck everyone.

I've been doing curbside delivery here for the past three weeks, and today will be the last time at this location. They are always and I mean always out of stock of multiple things on my shopping list, and since they charge you ahead of time, it takes about 4 days for the money to go back to my account. I allowed them to find a substitution for men's deodorant if the one I wanted was out of stock. I received an email stating, yeah you guessed it that once again it was out of stock and they substituted a woman's deodorant instead. Y'all serious? If I wanted a woman's deodorant in the first place then I would have ordered it! Yeah I'm going to a different Walmart even if I have to drive further. I ain't dealing wit people who don't have common sense let alone a store that is always out of stock not only on items but cashiers as well. Deuces!

Wow I didn't know Walmart had there own gas stations till I happen to look on GasBuddy for cheap gas. I came here on June 30th @ around 12pm. Gas was 2.09 which is $0.50 cents cheaper then our gas prices in Vegas. Plus no lines and this place was $0.30 cents cheaper then Costco & Sams Club nearby. If you are renting a car while visiting Salt Lake City don't go to the gas stations near the airport, come here and save. I will return when ever I come back to Salt Lake City. The only thing i don't like is the lowest grade Salt Lake City has is 85 octane compare to Vegas which is 87 octane.

No stars !! Bad return policy. Bad customer service. Shop at Target. At least their return policy is on the back of the receipt. Never shopping here again. I recommend Walmart to get with the program and up to Target standards ..

Thee worst customer service!!! I was on the phone for an hr just for them to tell me to call 1-800-WALMART when I was on the phone with said I had to call the store... After I have told Her they sent me to her she cold transferred me to another guy who kept throwing attitude. Especially when I asked he he can send me an email confirmation and then just hung up! Thank you to the rude customer service agents at the store and the call center for wasting 2 1/2 hrs of my day!

Sadly Wal-Mart is now AntiGun AntiAmerican vAmerican I can't support a store that does not support our rights as Americansalues I will no longer be a customer nor my family of 7 who has spent money every month here. I walk away vowing to never return to your store again As a Veteran As a Father and Proud I will shop at 2nd Amendment friendly stores even if it costs more to support a gun friendly business.

The layout was similar to most Walmart's. I found the item I was looking for quickly and even though it was rush hour, I got out of there quickly.

Clearly a defective tire but of course they don't see it that way. The tire center at Walmart should really hire someone that knows tires. I'm out 350$ dollars and they could care less I'm taking all my business elsewhere that's at least 6000$ a year they are not getting from me anymore.

Went into Walmart the other day and the cashier doesn't speak English? That is completely unacceptable .... I shouldn't have to be required to speak Spanish that is ridiculous will never go back again!
