You know, Jake and his colleagues really do a great job. They don't pressure you into anything, and he has kindly been working with us since my family came to West Valley in 2017. He was really and transparent with us and did all he could to help us salvage a clunker of a 2001 Mercedes S-500 be bought from what turned out to be a curbstoner hiding out in the Meadowbrook Mobile Home Park in West Valley.Jake has helped me with many issues with my 2003 Chevy S-10. One particular issue involved windshield wipers that weren't cleaning the windshield despite changing out the blades. It was scary that my windshield wasn't being cleaned good enough when in snowed or rained heavy. I tried other establishments, and no one could figure it out, but Jake and West Valley Auto Repair got it fixed in less than a day, and the relief I felt k owing that I didn't have to fear the weather driving my truck.He's helped us with a 2006 Kia Sedona EX that we had and most recently a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT that replaced the Kia last year.West Valley Auto Repair has a modest waiting area now with a complimentary water or soda while waiting on oil changes, which don't need an appointment. The prices for parts and labor are not as exorbitant as you might see elsewhere.My family and I completely trust Jake and his associates at West Valley Auto Repair with any vehicle maintenance issues that arise, and we would encourage any of our friends in the WVC area to go see them! They will treat you right!

I would give this place a fucking zero the owner Jake fucked up our car to the point Honda had to fix the entire thing!!!! Hondas owner said he'll never work with them again because all the cars he brought there were worse then when they were bought to west valley auto repair never go there !

West Valley Auto Repair is the best mechanic I've ever used! They are so nice, and honest. I'm never surprised by my bill because they always let me know exactly what they'll be doing! I wish I could give them 10 stars and it still wouldn't be enough!

Great service and affordable prices. I went in for an oil change and they topped up my windshield fluid for free. They addressed any additional questions I had and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary things, and got the oil change done within 20 minutes. Definitely going to continue coming here, glad I came in!
