Under new management that thinks it's ok to lock someone out for there's storage even if they have paid them. Then proceed to tell you to get there lock off your self or wait days for them to figure out how a lock works.

I would have rated this place as a 5 prior to June of 2024 but sense it’s been “under new management “ it appears to be going down hill very fast. I had a storage unit I just cleaned out there and found a family of mice were not only chewing through boxes they died in there there were at least 7 of them I didn’t notice any when there was a onsite manager . Also here is a pic of a rat on the front lawn of the storage unit.
It’s not just that the new management tried making me pay in advance and when I told him I was moving my stuff out and I’d be out by the end of July which I was I got a email saying I was late on my storage and they were trying to charge me a late fee. Also the place is looking run down garbage throughout the storage unit grass out front hasn’t been mowed bushes aren’t cut back and while I was cleaning out my storage one night a guy came around the corner with a crow bar in hand so I don’t think it’s the safest place for a female to go alone for sure.

A little high priced especially for the location. And they never really have any specials but you can trust your things are safe here.

Was chill until they decided to go remote. Literally the dumbest decision they have made this year so far it's in a "bad" area and being remote isn't the place not in this part of west valley/kearns.

I have used this particular storage company since it was built. I used them in 2019 when my family moved back from another state, and I worked with the same individual today. When a company can keep staff happy enough, to remain with them for 5 years. That's when you know it's a great place. The business hours and rates are hard to beat as well.

This places treats people unfair. They allow other tenants to let people in that should not be there. You get blame for stuff and you are not even there when it happens.

It was easy to get a unit, the manager is very nice and makes it easy for me to make my payments online and the units aren’t being charged a whole lot. The prices are very reasonable.

Paul is amazing to work with and westvalley storage is about $40.00 cheaper than anywhere else around the area.

I have been renting the storage here for more than 6 years and just recently moved out to a closer location. But I would recommend this place to anyone 100%. Also, Paul was a great manager and a very honest person, and always take good care of the tenants.

This place is great! Normally I don’t leave reviews, however this place honestly deserves one. I intentionally purchased a storage unit to store some stuff, the person who helped was very honest and made the whole process a breeze. I would highly recommend choosing this place as your trusted storage unit to store all belongings.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to store my things.. From day one I felt welcomed and comfortable ..more importantly I felt safe and confidant that's my things were safe. The units were clean and spacious when I didn't get to upgrade it was available..no waiting or drama...Paul is SUPER Awesome.. friendly and professional .. he was helpful and understanding and if I needed anything at all I knew he was there to help however he could if by chance he wasn't in site he was a phone call away. Thank you Paul!! You made the storage unit experience worth it..I would definitely rent with West valley storage again! I recommend to everyone needing a storage unit to rent here! Thank you again West valley storage!!
