This was the first time I've ever set foot in an xfinity store. I actually came in to return some equipment as I'd cancelled my xfinity service. I fully expected them to once again try and convince me to stay, but they fortunately did not. They just asked why we left and processed our return quickly. The team member we worked with, who I believe was named Kevin, was courteous and helpful.

We have had Xfinity for many years. Our son who is a computer scientist came to stay. He ran a speed test and determined that we were only getting minimal amounts of speed. Like only 350, and we have been paying for 1 gig. Changed plan and tech came out to see why speed is so slow. He said work needs done in area. We didn't get a F/U call, like they said, so we called. Bad news. The pkg we changed to= nope, mislead. Spoke to a person=the sales person LIED. Not pkg we agreeded to. No ticket was created to do service in area. Tech LIED, said service not good, due to bad equip. Brand new! He got out of doing repair in area. SUPER BAD NEWS! NEVER use Xfinity! LIARS & DISHONEST!

Every time I’m here it seems I have to push them to help me with upgrading a phone or adding a line, they do not seem to care about being helpful. I like Xfinity service but I hate when I have to deal with their people.Todays complaint is I just tried to purchase an iPhone 15 pro max, you would think they would want to sell me the most expensive phone but since because my name isn’t on the account (even though it is on my end) they don’t want to resolve the issue. Probably switching to T-Mobile even though it will cost me more, at least when I need help they have always made it easy and seem to actually care.

I went to the store in West Valley this morning. I was met with Kathy as I entered. My modem died and I needed it to trade. She got me a new modem and then helped me set up with the Xxfinity app. She was cordial and helpful. She gets a "10" rating from me.

So I went to pay off my phone and they would not take me cash so I said why they Said it is just corporate rules but I don't agree with it money is money rather cash or card I don't see the big deal maybe they want to make cash not a thing they are to modern for my licking their is nothing wrong with cash it is money so I left very angry and mad I think it is the stupidust thing I have ever heard of in my life it makes no sense and I don't like it they would love to make cach extinct in disagree strongly not happy at all they need to change that right now not cool at all so wrong that's a case of being nit picky a very strong case of being nit picky that should not be aloud at all card is not all money we have they need to realize that cash is just as ok as card

The staff are lazy, non cooperative and they don’t really help you with your problems. They hire inexperienced teenagers who don’t know what they are doing. Don’t go with xfinity they only care about money not people.

if you get cellphone through them, don't do it. after paying the phone they won't unclock it and they also won't activate your phone without having home internet

Samantha helped us switch my number over from another carrier and even though the previous carrier was tricky to work with, Samantha was knowledgeable and patient and made it super easy!

Came in to replace my modem and both employees were VERY helpful and even save me money on my monthly bill with more service. It was also great to see Xfinity being inclusive as the store had all women working in the store.

I been a Comcast customer for about 13 years and by far this place has the Worst employees and customer service ever! Please Cooperate look in to this location. There’s an urgent needs for this location. New employees and maybe new store managers. Customer service is not a skill, and cannot be taught, its a person. And everybody’s altitude here stinks ??

Worst experience ever with this branch. Set up a service transfer to our new home. Tech showed up day before move and was extremely rude because he thought he was sent for trouble shooting and not an install. Tech was lazy and ran coax cable across the grass in the yard, across the sidewalk, and then left the coax cable hanging outside the house and left. Tech did not install my system so we have no internet or cable . Called the store same day to get a different tech out to finish the job, they said they would followup same day but did not. Called today and the rep and her manager made many excuses about what transpired and made no effort to get us taken care of. I would give Zero stars based on their customer service. Still without service and no idea when the job will be done and done right.
