Walk inside and their laundry is one washing machine. ONE! 👎

Be careful with these employees. They will stalk you. You get fuel and then move your vehicle and they tell you that your trailer is blocking the entrance. A small trailer I had was out of the way meanwhile two 18 wheelers were blocking one entrance. Then they scream at you. You buy something and pay with cash, they act like you’re a POS. Go to the loves a little further down.

The old lady her name is Mandy she is super rude i think she is frustrated from her job advise if you don’t like your job find another one but don’t through your frustration to the Drivers ! Very very bad experience with her we always fueling from this pilot like 4 times a week but the way today she treat me never ever come over here ! First time I seen this kind of frustrated employee at Flying j !
Humble request to Management please keep an eye on her she through her frustration on peoples same time we notice two to three drivers outside discuss about her behaviour with the drivers ! Flying j lost a almost 500 gallons from my side I know it’s nothing but Penney makes a dollar if there is one Penney short in 100$ bills it was not 100$ bill
So thank you so much Mandy for your great great customer service good luck !

They really need to redo the parking, there are spots you can't get in or out of because it is so tight. Trucks parked any and everywhere blocking others from getting out.

It's Christmas eve & they didn't have the free item or offer a substitute. On top of that they wouldn't honor my coupon for red bull. Not very good customer service. I work hard, I think i deserve better than that.

Got two kids in the car and you want me to come inside to fill up gas? That’s bull stttt!!! I tried 3 different pumps and it just keeps saying re insert card or go see cashier. From the looks of it this has been an ongoing problem because almost everyone of your gas pump screens are cracked or have black dead spots most likely from people punching them out of anger. Fix your sttttt

Brie was super helpful and even went in the back and found me a bottle of Ketchup. Great selection of everything. Great price for gas too. Highly recommended.
