Terrible service, the store is always dirty, the service is terrible, especially the man who puts tonic on his head, if you go as a food delivery person the service is even worse!

I never give reviews, especially bad reviews, but this place is wild.
1. I ask about a special to get some clarity on what it entailed, 2 grill items, a bag of chips, and a big gulp. He verifies the items I'm after are included, I pay and go to get my big gulp and on my way out he yells at me to stop saying he didn't charge me for the drink, I say isn't it included in the deal we just talked about? He checks, and it is.
2. Hot food is cold to the touch, coffee is burnt and when I go to the counter I have 2 replenish drinks and 1 Celsius. He charges me for 2 Celsius and 1 replenish, which wasn't a big deal, but when I asked to correct it, he said he got it correctly, I persist, and my total drops $4.
I already have trust issues, I dont need it from my local 7 eleven.

Just ordered a pizza through DoorDash. Was all messed up and there was hair in it. No idea what i did to these guys? I don’t even know them.

The employees that seem to be business partners are amazing, the younger guy that rides a bike does a great job also! But one employee, bowl haircut, who is always on his phone, ignoring you and accusing you of stealing! He mostly works nights and weekends so my suggestion is to avoid those times unless you are ok with being ignored or accused

Blonde women Audrey was super friendly and help in finding things I was looking for and went out of her way to help find replacements for things that were out of stock. Thank you for being so helpful!!

ok so i came in there to get 50 dollar amazon gift card for my mom’s birthday because i didnt know what else to get her, and the cashier was super rude, was blaring music, and rejected me to buy it. i kept yelling “WHAT!?” because i couldn’t hear him over the music and i felt terrible so instead i went to michaels to get the gift card.. im only giving this 2 stars because of the amazon locker.

When it comes to kind people working in customer service, Audrey is of the most helpful and of the kindest people that you will meet in . Sure it's at 7-Eleven job but she loves it and you can tell! She treats everybody with kindness, And it shows from the repeat reggies like myself to the nolan or nancy newbies that leave, their snacks in hand and a smile on their face too! It's always a pleasure to come in after a long night of working, to say what's up to Audrey before I go home and crash out only to do it again the next day! Thank you Audrey for helping make the days easier to look forward to! You're awesome, never change "unless necessary"! ?
