The staff was very professional and friendly, they kept me informed through the entire process and were great at communicating with my insurance and the rental agency. It was a great experience! My car looked like nothing happened:-)

URGENT : if your in repair of your auto , don’t go here. Take twice as long as promised. And there work at best looks like Highschool kids in auto body shop that failed the class. Highly recommend you look elsewhere .

Once the vehicle was in calibers possession they took care of everything and it was returned spotless they even cleaned the inside and this truck was terrible

I have employed the services of other good repair shops before (unfortunately).
The service at Caliber Collision is well beyond good. I would say the quality of service here is exceptional - where there is plenty of good competition!
They are fast, efficent, friendly, and delivered our vehicle in sparkling condition.
They did not miss any detail, and were happy to even over-deliver.

Outstanding service and experience. I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer that put my car out of commission. My insurance company lined me up with Caliber Collision and they were spectacular at turning a crappy situation around. They were great to communicate progress with the vehicle and even finished up a week early. It looks brand new and as if no foolish deer had crossed my path. While I hope to be accident free for a very long time, if the unfortunate happens again I will definitely be taking my car to Caliber.

Let me start by saying caliber collision was efficient, well knowledgeable speedy in the recovery process of my vehicle and kept me oppressed in all of the changes and or work that was being completed. I so appreciate color completion and the hard work. They did leaving my car, clean inside and out and smelling great Thank you caliber collision.

I will be taking all of my autobody repairs to Caliber from now on. Every aspect of the experience was better than any other I've had with other shops. Quality of work, completed sooner than projected, cleaned the car, amazing customer service (they met me on a Saturday to give me the car so I didn't have to wait until Monday).
