In 2021 we purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Auto Boss for our son. We understand that they specialize in rebuilt titles, so the cars have had some degree of damage. However, they also claim to make all the necessary repairs to make the cars good to go. Contrary to what they say, the cars are not good to go. We have had nothing but problems with the car since the purchase. We even purchased a warranty, but the warranty company finds every reason not to cover anything. I strongly recommend you do not purchase a car from them. They specialize in selling lemons.

Personable owner/dad and son both. Very helpful. I'm planning to buy from them. I hope it works out for both of us.

This place is awesome! Best value vehicles no doubt and we’ve had nothing but good experiences here! My whole family buys cars here and we get great vehicles at great values! They are awesome and super helpful and the cars are great! We have bought cars from here for years and haven’t had any problems ?

We bought a used Nissan and was told that it was only in a small fender bender. We should’ve checked Carfax but were in a tight situation needing a car. The car had many issues and we found many subpar parts in it. We just found out that the car had been in SIX accidents and had a rebuilt title! Very deceptive business.

Had a great experience working with these guys. However, I have only had this 2021 car for 6 months and the paint on the rebuilt front bumper is already beginning to peel off. Would give 5 stars for working with them but unfortunately I'm hesitant on the quality.

These guys were very nice and professional. They didn’t pressure us into anything and we were able to work and look at our own pace to find the perfect car for us. Thanks guys!!!

Blake was fantastic! The prices were fairer than anywhere else we looked and we looked at 5 or more other places! We will be recommending auto boss to all our friends for a long time!

I get it, a used car dealership, they sell cars. We went for a test drive and informed the dealership that we wanted to have it professionally inspected. Once the inspection was done (just getting back into the car), they texted us and said that a previous customer placed a deposit, and the car was no longer available. So, either the dealership already knew the car was going to be off the market prior to our test drive, or they chose to sell the car out from under us (even with knowing we were having it inspected). Was it illegal? Nope, but it sure came across as "typical slimy used car salesman". They also directly contacted my daughter to ask her to have her boyfriend take down his negative review. I was pretty much ready to ignore the whole thing till she told me that.Auto Boss: It is pretty easy, if you don't want negative reviews, treat your customers with respect. I would rather your salesman tell me that there is a prospective buyer so I can make an informed decision. Granted, something tells me that your sales force has used that line before...Bottom line. Don't expect the company to treat you like a valued customer. By the end of the experience, it was pretty obvious they were only interested in the sale, at any cost. They have good deals. Seemed like a nice group when we first went in. It could have just been the specific salesman or lack of training. I get Auto Boss feels like they did nothing wrong, but I kinda doubt any of their employees (or owners) would walk away from a similar situation thinking, "what a great experience".In Response from the Owner:When we started the test drive, we decided the vehicle was good enough to have it inspected. We contacted the salesman and asked for permission to take it to a specific repair shop and gave an estimated time for the inspection. Auto Boss's salesman gave us permission to perform the inspection. We didn't receive any other communication from Auto Boss until they told us the vehicle was sold. Which literally came right as my daughter was texting to say we would buy the vehicle (it was uncanny).Make whatever excuses you like; you sold the car out from under us knowing that we were interested in the vehicle enough to have it inspected (with Auto Boss's permission).Again, can't blame you. Go for the sure sale rather than provide solid customer service. It makes sense and I get it. I just think the general public should be aware that Auto Boss is more interested in the sale than the customer. Such behavior has the potential to lead to far worse infractions than that of selling a car out from under someone.Yeah, the review from the boyfriend was a bit much, but to pressure my daughter to remove the boyfriends review? Seriously? One star review remains. Would recommend avoiding unless you are willing to risk the results.

Took a Subaru Outback out for a test drive today. I made an appointment to do this and paid for it to be inspected. When I was on my way back to buy it I was texted randomly by Braiden that it had already had a deposit down by someone else and wasn’t available. Waste of time, waste of energy, I would not recommend going to this place.

If I could give a negative star review I would. Worst experience of my life. I have bought plenty of used cars from plenty of places and these guys are by far the worst. As an honest, hardworking college student I trusted them to do the repairs the way they should be done, but no, the windshield leaked from day one. I Almost crashed my car because the bad repairs caused a leak to go into the fuse box and malfunction the whole vehicle... I went back 3 times before all this to get it fixed at a chop shop they use to get their repairs done cheap.. Still to this day leaks and they refuse to help out. They just brush you aside as if you don't matter, terrible customer service. Quite honestly they are a bunch of crooks. They have no idea how to run a business. Absolutely do not buy from them.I bought a 2018 Crosstrek from them (using another dealer that wanted my vehicle) and traded my car into that dealership to make it an easier process. These guys will literally lie straight to anyones face to cover their poor business decisions and shady work. They can’t accept the facts of their own responsibilities to the Utah community of consumers. AVOID THESE CLOWNS AT ALL COSTS.

Sold a car right out from under us after we paid to have it inspected and were heading back to purchase the vehicle. If you like getting conned then go ahead and shop for a car here. Braiden if you’re reading this go to hell son.

When we left we were happy with the car. Within 3 months the paint started to chip on the top of the car. They wouldnt do anything about it. 9mo later when the snow and ice came off the bottom of the car. A bungee cord fell off the bottom of the car and now something is hanging down that shouldnt be. Very frustrating!!
