I have been here a few times and until today I've been pleased with my experience. I arrived at 9am which is the time they open on Sundays. A few customers arrived shortly thereafter. My stylist must have felt pressure from the influx of customers because she rushed through the haircut from start to finish. The cape was open in the back. She never showed me the rear view of my head with a hand mirror. I walked out with hair clippings clinging to my clothes and my head. Amanda is the name on my receipt.

DO NOT GO HERE RIGHT NOW
I’m sure there have been good stylists in the past and potentially some in the future, but the stylists there currently do not know what they’re doing. if you want a decent Great Clips experience drive 5 minutes north to the one on 500. $20 for a haircut that looked like a teenager did it. the 2 customers that were there before and after my partner also had complaints.

I was a happy customer until my recent visit. After checking in, I was next in line to be called, but the stylist decided to call a walk-in customer who was last on the list. I don't understand why I was passed over for another person, as my time and business are just as important.
I am disappointed with my recent visit to Great Clips. Not only was the stylist who called a walk-in customer over me unprofessional, but the rest of the staff this Sunday also displayed a lack of courtesy. None of the three stylists checked if I had an appointment, which they usually do. Perhaps the customer service deteriorates on Sundays, or maybe because I wasn't wearing a uniform,
I hope their business improves and that all customers are treated with the same respect. Everyone's time and business are important, no matter how we dress or our ethnicity.
I was very satisfied with one stylist who, unfortunately, has since left after my last haircut. Without her, the service has drastically declined.
I will not be returning to this establishment. The lack of professionalism is evident.

SUCH a great experience! Ask for Ciarra, she'll give you a perfect haircut every single time. Extremely quick too! I would pay double their price for the quality of haircut I received.

I asked for a half inch off to trim it up. I got home and realized my stylist went to town and it is much shorter than I wanted. Last time I am going to great clips.

I received an amazing haircut from Stefanie. I walked in the door and she immediately took me to her station. She figured out what type of hairstyle I wanted and it turned out perfect. I appreciated Stephanie's kindness, patience, and professionalism.

It's getting hard to justify going here, especially after two haircuts went wrong today. We usually go here for the price, so we're not expecting salon treatment, but they couldn't even follow basic instruction today? One of our group asked them to cut her hair a half inch below her chin—they cut it above her chin instead. It doesn't look good. And my husband's hair was the sloppiest it's ever been. He came home and immediately went to the bathroom with a pair of scissors to start fixing it. It looked like hairs had been missed, it was rough and unkempt.
For both of them, it felt like the hairdressers wanted to get them in and out of the chair as fast as possible.
Considering how the prices keep going up, it doesn't feel like it's worth it to pay more for a worse experience. I think it might be worth it at this point to look for another salon where the higher price comes with good service.
