Patti might be a good horse trainer but she lets the boarders tell her what to do. DON'T BOARD HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR HORSE! We have a horse that we boarded there for over one year. Soon after we were there one person started rumors about us. The owner would change the locks and refuse to give us the combination (Major Discrimination) this happened numerous times. This was my daughters emotional support animal and we were denied access for days at a time. The rumors got so bad that they defamed my character and my daughters. The people there are truly fake. They tell you what you want to here and then stab you in the back. IF YOU LOVE YOUR HORSE DON'T BOARD HERE!

DON'T BOARD HERE! Worst experience of my life. We boarded our horse there for over one year. We were repeatedly locked out by the owner because the other boarders started rumors about us. she believed them without even talking to us about it. Major discrimination goes on at this facility. Because of these rumors my daughter was not allowed any access ro her horse for days. This was her emotional support animal and the owner denied us access numerous times. The locks combination would change without notice numerous times and she would refuse to give us the combination even though we were paid, more discrimination. DON'T BOARD HERE!

Worst place in the world to board your horse. My daughter and I were repeatedly locked out so we couldn't see her horse when needed. Other people will feed your horse without permission. If you don't fit in with their so called close knit horse family they start rumors and run you out. Do not board your horse here!!!!!!

Got kicked out because people there started rumors about me and my dad and without hearing what I needed to say I got kicked out with no explanation. I always respected the place, the people, and the horses. Always followed the rules and did what was asked just for this to happen. I definitely don’t recommend this place unless it’s just for a month or an over night stay while traveling.People there like to feed your horse(s) without your permission a lot of times, your tack will somehow end up somewhere else, some people there will try to tell you how to work/care for your own horse. There’s only two people there that was always so nice and respectful but the rest not so much. Some boarders try to run the place and the owner pretty much allows it. All in all the environment is toxic.

I started riding at Kingsbury more than ten years ago and the lessons that Patty has taught me are priceless. I learned so much about riding and horse care including how to be humble and work with the horse as a team. Taking lessons here was an amazing experience and I have such fond memories over the years. Patty works hard to tailor lessons to you, works within your skill set and comfort level but still pushes you to excel and grow. Love love love Kingsbury ❤️

One old lady running a boarding house for horses. She's a grumpy one and struggles to get to and fro, let alone take care of your horses

I think Patty is an amazing riding instructor, and knows so much about horses. I can tell that she really cares for her horses. She notices details in my posture and form that I wouldn't even think about. Though she may not be the best business woman (she previously charged me $40 for lessons and then changed it to $50 and also once charged my friend $100 for a lesson), she is definitely a wonderful instructor. Recently, I have noticed that she charges you for the cost of private lessons, while there are about 5 people there while I'm there. I still love taking lessons there, and think Patty is amazing. I would definitely recommend Kingsbury Farm if you are looking for a good place for horseback riding lessons!

Patty is a great trainer. I've never been taught by such a committed, and engaged instructor. Not to mention the time, and care she puts into her horse's. One of the many great qualities she has is she knows where to turn her attention. She is very observant, and gives great advice to further your riding skills. She is willing to commit time to help perfect your abilities if you are as engaged, and willing to strive to be better as she is. Over all, I would not take my horse, or my riding any where else. In only one year of training at Kingsbury, I learned more about riding and horses than I ever have in my 10 years of being around horses. I can not stress how much I enjoy being here. I would not be the same person if not for Kingsbury.
