Always a pleasant experience at this location but today Tomas went above & Beyond to help me find a fuel & Engine additive. He suggested LIQUI MOLY for both & I am so grateful that he did. He thoroughly explained the product & How to use it. Thank you, thank you Tomas for your knowledgeable suggestion. I noticed a difference immediately! Amazing product, Amazing customer service

Yeah standing at the cash register for 10 minutes while 3 employees walk right past me, proceeded to have poor customer service isn’t my ideal oreilly’s experience.

They accidentally overcharged me an extra item, so I went back to get a refund. Darwin helped me and was very rude about it; he only partially refunded me. I probably won’t come back.

I went to the store to buy a product but it was not the right one for my car I went to return it and the employee behaved very racist and with a bad attitude for the next one it is better to go to autozone.

So disappointed in the service at this location. I stood at the checkout desk for 5 minutes before the employee came out from the back to assist me. And when I asked for a wiper blade installation, he straight up told me “no.” Very unprofessional and disappointing. Next time I’m going to AutoZone.
