I went to the store to buy a product but it was not the right one for my car I went to return it and the employee behaved very racist and with a bad attitude for the next one it is better to go to autozone.

So disappointed in the service at this location. I stood at the checkout desk for 5 minutes before the employee came out from the back to assist me. And when I asked for a wiper blade installation, he straight up told me “no.” Very unprofessional and disappointing. Next time I’m going to AutoZone.

Very upset. I've given 100% of our business to this company. My husband and I have only purchased from O'Reilly, but not any longer! I've always bought lifetime parts which cost more. But oddly enough when I exchanged a lifetime parts because it failed It was exchanged with a different companies part, by the hands of the employee. Well how the hell was we supposed to know that cancelled the lifetime warranty! Now my lifetime warranty no longer exists! I'm livid. My lifetime parts failed, feeling at ease with a replacement at no cost, suddenly failed just like the part. I'm was lost for words. My husband gave them the opportunity to save a lifetime customer and make it right but the manager refused.. Well lucky enough for us there is another store to shop that has the part i was in desperate need of. It's sad to know that we were that easy to dismiss over a few dollars. You had my lifetime warranty on your computer. You read it off to me, but explained because another name brand was given it ended my warranty! If this is the case you should train the employees to explain it to your longtime faithful customers! We never showed aggravation to the innocent employee but my husband did let the manager know he wasn't happy with the results and the manager said he was sorry and still let us walk out the door. Well after all these years of being a faithful customer, sad to say, you made it easy to walk with a sour taste! Cost 89.00! Money wasn't the object. Your respect for customer service and lifetime warranty was!

Don't buy there zip ties they break when you tighten them don't buy there chanel lock filter wrench it won't clamp down. I didn't buy anything else for obvious reasons

Associates here don't care. I have 3 vehicles and go through a lot of consumables so I frequent this location. Lately, there's a younger girl with the personality of a rock and a younger guy who cares more about his phone than assisting the customer. Came in tonight for an item, he was standing at the counter watching videos. Rang me up, didn't ask for my phone number and walked away as soon as I inserted my card into the machine. Real impressive, I'll start going to AutoZone across the street or the N. Salt Lake location

I use O'Reilly's free battery charging service on a regular basis. I recently dropped a battery off to be charged and attempted to pick it up 2 days later. The battery was lost. Josh was nice enough to find me a replacement at no charge. Good people to work with.

Not sure what to think? Good pricing but some of there guy's don't know much even when they put the vehicles information in I've gotten the wrong parts more than once and another issue I had which is a long story just do research before going in

The best choice for parts that you need in a hurry. Better customer service than AutoZone much much better prices than the other parts store that I can't even remember the name because I never go there but driving in front of it everyday.Thanks Darwin for always helping me with what I need to find when i don't even know the name of the part that is making the squeegees kliiiink koinnnk blinky noise.
