“UPDATE: THIS ONLY HAPPENED IN THE PAST. I HONESTLY HAVEN'T HAD AN ISSUE FOR QUITE SOME TIME WITH THEM. ALTHOUGH, I REALLY WISH PHARMACIES MADE SURE TO UPDATE THEIR HOLIDAY HOURS BECAUSE, IF THEY DON'T, YOU COULD BE WAITING SUNDAY AND MONDAY FOR MEDS YOU REALLY NEEDED BEFORE THAT. EVEN IF THEY JUST UPDATED THEIRFACEBOOK BIZ PAGE A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE HOLIDAY, THAT WOULD HELP IMMENSELY 😊****They're usually great but the delivery time they quote is always unrealistic. They said my prescription would be delivered between 12 & 2pm. I've waited all day. I actually had to plan my day around it to sign for it. They're always great at the pharmacy but this is not cool. And it happens a lot- I wait and wait and it's always regretfully.”

“Coming out of the parking lot to the road nearest to the gas station is a bit tricky, not sure if there's much of an improvement to be made for people exiting. It would be great if smiths would donate some of the park strip and encourage the city to make a dedicated right turn only from the road so cars coming into the lot didnt nearly stop just to turn right into the parking lot.”
“I just had an MRI done at the Orthopedic Radiology center and I have to shout out Julian & Jackie O the MRI techs. I've gotten MRIs before and had some bad experiences with the squeeze ball not working and no one being in the room during my scan. NOT HERE. They are soooo attentive and kind. Jackie went above and beyond to make me comfortable and both of their kindness brought tears to my eyes. Medical procedures are never fun but their compassion made it tolerable. From the bottom of my heart, thank you team. ♥️”

“Their membership system really pays out. Their membership is free and the rewards are unreal... up to 60 cents per gallon off sometimes. I have a big diesel truck... after filling 30 gallons... it adds up. Awesome awards program for sure... just go inside and shop... even more savings...!”

“It is a big place and the isle boards are written so small I didn't know what I was there to get. There are people everywhere but no hospitality. No one but the check out woman and gentleman at the end said hi to me. Prices are lovely. I'll be going back while I'm here.”
“I went to Walgreens to load money on my cash app and get a drink. Not for photos. There was an employee in the photos area diligently working and helping customers. The service was quick and friendly.”
“Top-notch pharmacy. Harmon's Pharmacy prices are very competitive to Costco most of the time, which is so surprising but greatly appreciated. The staff at City Creek are helpful, quick, and personable. I only ever experience a line here when I come right after work on a Friday, and even then it's maybe one or two people and it goes quick. Filling anything at the Salt Lake Costco pharmacy was always a 30 minute wait, no matter what time you go. Switching here was the best decision I've made. Their website isn't high-tech but it gets the job done and is mobile friendly, so no app is less inconvenient. I don't love that the ready notifications are calls. At the end of the call, it tells you a button to push to receive texts instead but no matter how many times I've tried, it never works. Overall, I'd recommend.”

“I work in North Salt Lake and live in Murray. I frequent this Lee's because its close and convenient. Not cheap by any means. Their prices are almost ridiculously high. But I have an event this weekend and needed rolls and crossaint's. I just called the bakery and spoke to Dillon.. I was kind of wishy washy on what I wanted. He was very patient with my questions and explained to me what they had. I loves Lee's fresh Bakery and I've never custom ordered but I did for this event.. Hope everything goes as planned. “Lee's feels like home. I love shopping here. We lived in Logan for a few years and loved it there. I missed it when we moved. Then it came to Heber where my in laws lived and I was excited to shop there sometimes. But THEN I moved again and now the NSL location is so close to my house and I love grocery shopping again! I know this sounds silly, but I get irrationally angry when I can't find the things I'm looking for. My kids know we don't shop at Smiths if we can help it be has nothing makes sense and I can't find what I want. But Lee's makes sense and when I can't find something there is always someone to help. They will even order things to keep in stock for you. I asked for a specific pasta years ago and a few weeks later they had it. They still carry it now! I love the deli and the bakery. Everyone is kind and helpful and everything tastes good. I love the meat department that prepares delicious meals I can take he and cook with no prep. They also always have time to help me find the right type of protein for my meal and are always so kind and happy! I love the man who always tells customers about the good deals or what's coming up on sale. Last year I was told he personally bought holiday treats for the kids so they could have something more than just a candy. He wanted it to be more festive! He makes shopping there feel like home. As do all the friendly employees. And speak of the treats, my kids love finding Buddy and claiming their treat. My 3 year old is shy and usually won't talk to the people at the service desk, but the last few times she was brave and told them where she found Buddy! Oh, and I can't forget the holiday decor aisle. The cutest stuff! It's just all the little details that make this store great!”
“Jess was so incredibly helpful and kind when I picked up prescriptions for my dad! She made several phone calls to help with the pre-authorization process for a couple of his meds, and also went out of her way to find a coupon that saved almost $200 on one of his meds. Thank you, Jess!!!”
“This program was a game changer in the most positive of ways for our teen daughter. We sat on the decision for almost a year but once we made the decision, as difficult as it was it was one of the best therapeutic decisions we've made in years. The doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and the entire staff and admin team were all helpful, communicative, professional, and supportive. We were finally able to get a diagnosis, treatment plan, and medications sorted (our child left on fewer meds than she went in). Family therapy was also extremely helpful for us. If your child has struggled and/or made little progress in their therapeutic and mental health journey and you are at loose ends of how to proceed I would highly consider the program.”

“I love the selection and the quick bite foods available, especially the salad bar. The only downside is there's no dedicated health food section. It's all integrated. It's sometimes easier to go to the Marketplace instead of finding it here.”
