I live in a community where internet is included in the HOA and Sky Satellite is the provider, and it's awful. Our internet is currently out and they're telling us it will take two DAYS to send someone to look at it. They also have terrible hours for when service is needed. It's not a very customer service based company.

The apartment I live made the unfortunate decision to use this company as their TV provider. I called 3 times to try to activate my service, the customer representative sounds like is fed up with life and is not helpful at all. Each time he gave me different instructions, none of them work. I pay for it but I have no service because they don’t seem to know how to activate their own cards and receiver.

They didn’t show up for a directv install. Got a call at 11 saying they would be late. I called back at 2:30, 3:30 and was told the technician wouldn’t answer the phone. Called at 4:50 and got voice mail. So had to reschedule my install for Friday. Told them I wanted someone different.

Great experience with the Sky Satellite team very efficient with their agreements and setting up our internet and DIRECTV. They have an incredible model that works for a whole portfolio let alone one property. As a business owner it is great to see customer service is still #1 priority with real people that stand behind the business.

I have worked for Sky Satellite for over 15 years. In my experience, you won't find a better employer anywhere! As employees, we truly are treated like family. Our owner and managers give continual acknowledgement and appreciation for all that we try to do and treat our needs, and the needs of our families, as paramount.Customer service and satisfaction is always our number one goal at Sky Satellite! We are constantly evaluating our procedures to see how to make the experience more flawless for our customers and the properties we serve. We love feedback, because that is how we improve - and we value your input! We deal with thousands of customers every year and when you service that many people, and have factors that are out of your control at times - such as weather, shipping services etc. - there is bound to be the occasional hiccup. However, we try to do everything in our power to make it right every time!

Sky Satellite is a wonderful place to work. I have had many jobs over the years and several of them claim that you are family when you work there, but none of them actually demonstrate this like Sky. The teamwork, camaraderie, and care and concern for each and every employee is second to none. The upper management is incredibly kind and generous, and that treatment in turn produces happy and hard-working employees. I love working here!

I was dreading having to set up my new cable service at my apartment. However, the service I received today when I spoke with Conner, was tremendous. Normally, I would not submit a review online, but his level of service and fast, efficient manner deserves the extra praise. It's good to know that there are people, like Conner, who truly know how to provide good customer service. I would recommend him everyday, thank you!

Great experience from the installation of the system to the receivers being plug and play in the units. From an ownership perspective the central system eliminates the dish on balcony and keeps the property clean with no messy installs. Everything is set up in advance in a way where it is super easy for residents to set up service and customize upon request. I love how the package had multiple streaming services included HBO Max, Cinemax and Showtime included in the media package. Had a couple of calls to walk through downloading the DIRECTV app so I can use while away. The call center has been great for any one offs.
