I was just at smiths in Woods Cross, I've been coming this store for 20 years. I had a bad experience checking out. AMIRA the cashier has poor customer service, bad way of communicating and not because of the language barrier, she did not greet me, she yell at me when I told her something wasn't priced right and said discounts come at the end, I know how the discounts at smiths work, I have been a customer for years. She definitely needs to work in a different area not talking to people.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the floral department with their incredible support for birthday balloon order! From the moment I walked in the door, they were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. They took the time to help me fill our pre-purchased balloons, added the perfect colors for ribbons, and built the arrangements.
The balloons turned out amazing—bright, festive, and exactly what I hoped for. Their attention to detail and commitment to great service truly made my day special. It’s rare to find a team that’s this dedicated and cheerful, but the floral staff really delivered.

It's a smith's grocery store. The antitheft gates at the front are a deterrent for me shopping there too much. Good prices though and they only have door open in the morning.

Spent two hours planning the perfect meal for 8, every oz accounted for, had every minute planned over four hours, then was told my pickup ready won't be ready for another 2 hours....

I was checking out at self check out. The employee saw that something malfunctioned with my order. She came up, told me the grocery I had checked had not been charged to me, didn't help me, and expected me to go through a list of 14 articles. I gathered up the entire order, put the sacks in the cart and went to the other check out where the employee checks your groceries. On my way out the same employee informed that I should have informed her that I was leaving her check out station??? I simply went where someone would help me. I was treated like a thief. I'm m going to Lees in the future.

Smith's Marketplace in Woods cross is clean and well stocked and reasonably priced and pleasant to shop at.
This place has consistent pleasant employees, service, stock, knowledge of product on hand. Consistently great store. Even after years of being open, they are still stellar. Love this place.
