Emily helped my son and I with the purchase of a new phone. She was very patient and kind even though we left undecided the night before. Jake helped us explore Galaxy Watch 6 options. Will be back to finalize. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. When we picked up our new phones, all three associates in the store at the time came and helped transfer data and get the watch and phone synced. Highly recommend the store for all cellular needs. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years. After a disappointing visit with my usual store in W Bountiful I decided to stop here before my appointment with the Apple Store to see if they could help me with a SIM card error. The gentleman was patient and kind. I was able to cancel my Apple appointment and walk out with a smile after only 10 minutes. Most of that time was spent with Jade IYKYK. Love her and my NEW Verizon go to store. Thank you!

My dad and I went to the Woods Cross location this evening to get some information on our family plan and to see about getting a new screen protector. It was as if we woke the employee up from his nap and he was in no rush to help us or listen to our needs. He did ask what phone needed a new protector and when he found out it was an iPhone 12, promptly said, "we won't have anything for a 12." Not even an offer to order something in. As my dad was asking him some questions about the account, the employee asked for the phone number but didn't clarify if it needed to be the main account holders number. My mother, who was not with us got a text and the employee seemed very put out that he had to send another code to another number.Other times we have been to this same location, but we have never been treated so poorly. Sorry we woke the napping toddler
