Went to pick up a prescription and the drive through had a sign saying no pharmacist available. Went inside and pharmacy was dark. Walgreens employee told me they didn't have a pharmacist available to work today so it was closed? Wow! Feel bad for someone who absolutely needs their prescription right away! Also web site says they are open!

Do not try to get passport pictures at this location, they are always busy and will take forever to get passport pictures. Passport pictures take 10 minutes max but for some reason they dont care and ask you to wait longer the one hour . They have people who lie telling you to comeback because those take longer which is not true , is a training matter not caring about the customer whi count on them for someone so important. And this happened several times not just once

WHATEVER YOU DO, AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with, I will be immediately switching current and all future RX to Smiths. The waits are unreasonable, the drive through is almost always closed, and the entire pharmacy is closed for half the day sometimes. It’s a joke and needs new management immediately.

Don't do business with this location. Poorly managed and terrible customer service. The pharmacy has previously shorted me on pills and lengthy delays on scripts. All the while have given me nonsensical excuses. Today I went to go pick up a script (that I received texts and calls that it was ready) only to find that the pharmacy was closed during normal hours). The associates unapologetically on the floor told me the pharmacist was out and I should go to the Bountiful location. I told them the script was already ready at the Woods cross location. They said there was nothing they could do. Except, there is. The technicians I heard laughing behind the pharmacy barrier, could be calling other pharmacies for customers since Walgreens is the ones that messed things up. But then again that would mean having to provide good customer service. WALGREENS! FYI The apathy and laughing behind the pharmacy wall creates bad optics for consumers. Called the Bountiful location and after repeated and spelling my name multiple times to the technician there I was told my script couldn't be transferred. Waste of time! I told them I needed the script taken care of before I go out of but...crickets. They told me to call my doctor's office. Essentially passing their problems back on to the consumer. The Walgreens at Woods Cross has signs up about being nice to their staff. Maybe if you guys provided better service, customers wouldn't be pissed off with you. Certainly a lot more effective than hanging signs that basically translate to say: "Yes. We know we suck, but please be nice about it." Again pushing the responsibility onto the consumer.

Hopefully this place goes out of business soon. They have put me into medication withdrawal 4 times this year so far and counting with their incompetence. I'm on my 3rd time of having to pay full price for medications fully covered by my insurance because they can't seem to figure out the insurance every other time I pick up. Costing me hundreds and hundreds out of pocket. It's criminal what they put a fully disabled person through.

Literally the worst Walgreens. You’ll wait almost an hour to get your meds. People were getting out of their cars to make sure it was even open. Employees are rude, and will sit on their phone right in front of you. If it weren’t such a pain to switch everything to a new place I would, and never come back.I called customer service to ask them to help the pharmacy, the lovely lady answering stated “This isn’t McDonalds.”You’re right, McDonalds would be 10x better. Great customer service Walgreens. ?

Very unfriendly service. We were the only people in the store and they acted put-out that we would dare ask any questions or need help.

Sadly, I generally try to avoid this location... HOWEVER, Larry is the best thing that ever happened to this Walgreens. If you're looking for somebody to take care about you as a customer, Larry is your guy! If Larry's there next time, there's a good chance that this location wins me back for good. ?

Always a delight when I shop here. The cashier's are always polite and know their job. I wish I could give a personal shout out individually but since I can't You Are Fantastic!

Kelly works in the pharmacy department. She is not friendly, very cold, and rude. When I pick up a prescription and I see her, I'm not happy because I know I won't get good service. She acts like she does not like her job. Everyone else I've encountered in the pharmacy is wonderful like Gina, she is so nice!!!

Sent in my film camera from an amazing trip to Tahiti to be developed and never heard from the store after 2-3 months. I decided to go in and check on it myself and they told me the photos were developed but got thrown away because I waited too long to pick them up. I was never notified that they were done, how long the process was supposed to take, that they were going to be thrown away, there was zero communication. I am extremely sad that these memories are forever lost because a photo employee forgot to do their job. I trusted them with these and now I won’t have the memories. The photo manager now is extremely nice and tried to do some digging for me but there was nothing to be done, they are gone, and my $ and time was wasted. I would not recommend sending your film here unless you have the time to check on it in person yourself constantly.

I was the fourth car deep in line for the drive thru pharmacy. Took 50 minutes to pick up a prescription that had already been filled, and ready to pick up. The 3 cars in front of me obviously didn't have there's ready. But Walgreens just lets them wait until it is, holding back everybody else. Then you get to the window and they have some old lady who can't understand anything, while 3 other workers in there are leaning against the counter. Nobody was in line in the store. I'd give them a zero rating for customer service, and Fire the tech working the window. Hopefully this place reads these comments.

I showed up at 8:55am the doors are locked, I see no posted hours so I wave at the cashier who is staring at me, the cashier comes over unlocks the door an inch and says we don’t open till 9am and she locks the door walks away to stand back at her register only to walk back 2 minutes later…. When I walk in I kindly say I’m just here to pickup some photos she says you’ll have to wait until another employee shows up and goes to stand by her register again. Like Heaven forbid you do more than the bare minimum of helping a customer. Horrible service.

Waiting in the drive thru line for HALF AN HOUR because the people there are useless and slow. When we were two cars away from being helped, they stopped helping everyone and shut down the drive thru with people still waiting in line. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR MEDS PEOPLE!!!
