I live nearby this bank and travel elsewhere to another Wells Fargo. The hours are always changing and they have since closed their drive through window. Every time I make an attempt to come to this bank for the close proximity I’m frustrated and disappointed every time. They do have an ATM which is the only thing I would plan on using this location for.

Came to do our deposit on Saturday at 11:00am and you were closed. There was no sign in the window stating why. I called this morning and was told your hours on Saturday are 9 to 12. I informed him that I was there at 11:00. Then I just came and did the deposit and asked the drive up teller about Saturday's. She said that you are no longer open on Saturdays. Maybe hang a sign in the window letting customers know that.

Sounds like they were trying to help you get your money no matter how it had to happen, Steven Phelps. Speaking of getting your facts straight, Ero Jasper, the manager has been a woman for well over a decade, she opened my account in 2006.

Great team! Donna and her staff do a great job. We have about a dozen business accounts with Wells and this is our "Go To" branch because of their service!

Terrible terrible customer service refused to sell rolled coin and sale some ones to anyone unless they're customer. Wouldn't try to be a customer now either. Rude and didnt even try to help the situation.

Went to the drive up window. Asked several times what amount I wanted. Had my dog with me and gave her a treat which was nice, however, went to my other credit union to pay my bills and they counted it several times and I was shorted $40. Not a huge deal just very inconvenient. Banks have machines and should be double checking their work every time.

People are rude and uneducated, try and cash a paycheck and they cant cash the whole thing I have to do 2 separate transactions, and the employee acts like it's an inconvenience and gives me a crusty look. Even the manager acted like she didnt know what she was doing.

EXCELLENT customer service. Who could possibly give this location less than 5 stars? Erinlee and Kimberly are exceptional at providing great customer service. This is the ONLY Wells Fargo branch I go to now as they are polite, courteous and knowledgeable. It is nice to go somewhere where you are a name and not an account. Keep up the great work.
