Honestly one of the best thrifts in the area. Their clothes are so great, very size inclusive! Better dress clothes than goodwills up in Burlington. I’m so happy this place is doing so well, seeing it rise up from the ground is so awesome. Amy is super nice, and all of the VOLUNTEERS are great as well. I’m happy to buy from here always, I hope they just grow and grow!

My mother and I went to Amy's Armoire in Barre, where Tatro's appliance used to be. We went in, and the woman was so rude! She asked how we got in the store, which I guess wasn't a store just the Family Center. Which I feel there is no signage stating that. She kicked us out and locked the door behind us. Never will shop there ever!

Hey Amy,I have to send a message about the woman you have working on Tuesday mornings, Debbie. My 2 year old son and I come in every Tuesday morning and he's a typical 2 year old except he is non verbal. She makes us feel welcome and plays with my son while I shop. She gets excited to see us every week and is so patient. My son runs around like he owns the place and plays with all the toys, in fact he knows right where to go for the toys and the magnet board. It's so amazing to see such amazing volunteer staff who enjoy their job and it really shows with her. She talks to my son and treats him like every other customer, even when he's being a terror. We love coming down and looking around on Tuesdays and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Thank you again! You are all so amazingWe love the toys and the cheap clothes. It's so amazing for young kids who outgrow clothes so fast. This year I found both of my boys brand new jackets with tags still on them!

Hands down the best thrift store I've ever been to the staff were absolutely amazing and when there was any kind of issue they resolved it and the fastest most efficient means and there assortment of items items is bar none nothing tops said that I've seen. I mean i love the place we'll keep going and keep bringing friends

Rude staff very unhelpful in store. Unwilling to help someone who is visually impaired. Sad for a business that claims to help the less fortunate.To reply: staff was fully aware of the visual impairment. I have been in this store multiple times. Right on main street. Seems like they just wanna cover up any bad reviews. Many other people have clearly had issues with these people being unkind. While one staff was attempting to be helpful the other woman immediately shut it down complaining they don't have the staffing to assist people. Store seems like a front for other business or for some reason only their friends can shop without problems. To those reading I recommend shopping elsewhere. Although it may seem like it's for a good cause the store is absolutely embarrassing. And no I will not be returning to the store to yet again have a poor experience, dont know why anyonewould do that to themselves. My suggestion is donate what's in the store and close up. If you're gonna work with the public you need to be a decent human and accommodate people.
