I do not like leaving negative reviews but this one feels warranted. My situation is probably pretty specific and applied to the repair department. I have a battery powered Husqvarna chainsaw that’s been having issues holding proper tension. I reached out to Husqvarna for support and they directed me to this location.
I show up here and spoke to Ken about my specific issue. He immediately asks if there’s another nearby service center. I say I don’t know, the company told me to come here. He looks conflicted as if he absolutely cannot stomach working on this chainsaw, and yet bites his lip and says “ugh bring it in and I’ll look at it”. I bring it in and he takes the bar off. Seconds later he drops the chainsaw on the floor and doesn’t seem the least bit apologetic. Accidents happen but this is an expensive tool for me, a little respect would be appreciated.
Anyways he takes my info and reluctantly decides to work on it. By reluctantly I mean gruff attitude, unpleasant, unfriendly, unhelpful, acted as if I asked him to jump off a bridge.
Two weeks go by and I decide to call to check the status. Ken answers and says it’s all done. I’m surprised and grateful and ask him if he could let me know what he fixed and if Husqvarna covered the cost under warranty. He said he just threaded it correctly and he didn’t spend enough time on it to make it worth reaching out to them.
Huh, ok. I go to pick up my chainsaw and Ken again brings it to me in the most unfriendly manner. Whatever. I take it home and proceed to cut some wood only for the exact same issue to occur within 10 seconds. He didn’t fix it and I wonder if he troubleshooted it at all. I did some research and came to learn the plastic clutch cover that holds the thread gets stripped easily and is an inexpensive replaceable part.
I wish I never brought it here. There’s no reason to treat people this way. If Ken didn’t want to work on it I would’ve rather he said so directly and I would’ve moved on. Why waste my time let alone his?

Great store, excellent variety of items. Special mention to Shirley Gomez who couldn't have been more personable or more helpful. Really went out of her way to make sure I found what I needed; very knowledgeable about items/what was in stock, where to find things. Double checked to make sure I had what I needed and followed along to check me out at a register close by to keep me from having to walk back the other way. She was a delight. Looking forward to shopping at your place again.

Janet went out on her way to help me with a custom screen for an old window. Thinking I would place the order today and come back to pick it up at a later time, she instead made it for me on the spot. Honestly, the experience was amazing.

The kids who helped me were wonderful but the chairs were filthy! They hadn’t been cleaned off and were VERY dirty. The boys who worked there were instructed to clean them with the hose and the dry them.
