I came in with an idea of the vehicle style and price range I wanted and sales rep Mike did a great job helping me find a quality vehicle that fit what I wanted. He did a great job walking me through all the steps of financing, registration paperwork, even got me some trade-in value for my very tired old Subaru. Last but not least, we discovered a minor engine issue during the test drive (O2 sensor) and Mike arranged to have the part replaced for free within 4 days of purchase. Car has been running great since then with no issues. Plenty of lots have cars on them, but I feel that the honest and respectful service I got at Poulin is harder to come by and counts for a lot.”
