Tyler is simply amazing. I came on high recommendations and he did not disappoint. I never felt upcharged or talked down to as a single woman in an auto shop. I travelled from the Burlington area just to work with him. Thank you for all you’ve done for me, I appreciate your help with my finicky car!

I bought a car up in that area and brought it by Bigras on a whim to get looked over - they fit me in very quickly and gave me the assurance I needed to purchase the vehicle. They were professional and I felt like I was really well taken care of. Thank you!
