I would say this is the best coffee joint between Montpelier and Barre. The food is quite delicious as well. The service here is friendly and quick. If any mistakes happen, the staff is quick to fix them. My only problem with Espresso Bueno is that it can be inconsistent with their quality, specifically in the food area. Nevertheless, it is my personal favorite and go-to place to get a cup of coffee and sometimes breakfast.

Coffee shop I've been going to ever since I was little. While it's certainly changed with the pandemic and flooding in terms of layout, it's always a reliable source of coffee and baked goods. Personal favs on the menu include the maple latte, their hot chocolate (w whipped cream!!), and their blueberry muffins.

Good coffee, nice place. From Puerto Rico looking for a good coffee place, hoping to find strong coffee, not brown water, and I found it.

Got there about 9:30, wasn’t busy at all. Ordered my London Fog, it was quite hot, so I waited for it to cool. About 10 am is got quite busy, and quite loud. If you want a quiet place to work on some stuff, maybe don’t go there at that point in the day. You won’t be able to find a table either. London Fog tased pretty good. Which they had more pastries.

Most of the staff appears to be happy to be there, except the one girl that took our order. She never said one word to us except what's your name. My sister Jennifer gave her name. When the order came up,they yelled out Jee! When no one stepped forward, they called out the order and said it was under J E. I guess Jennifer was too difficult for her to type in.The food was good, and so was the coffee. But a very long wait on the food, drinks came out pretty quickly.

You know when you have a maple latte as a Vermonter and you're like where is the maple? NOT THIS TIME. A maple tree might as well be smacking me on the behind in the best way possible. 10/10

I grew up in NYC, and used to work at a breakfast place. This is probably the only place I’ve found in Vermont that can cook something better than I can. Their breakfast sandwich is incredible. Just be prepared to wait a bit.

No bueno. Black coffee was incredibly weak - Chorizo burrito was just curdled eggs and breakfast sausage. Texture looked pretty close to cat food. The maple latte that everyone is raving about is saccharine, watery, and barely room temperature.Told cashier twice that it was dine-in, was still given food to-go. Perplexed at all the 5 star reviews.
