Horrible service department that has no respect or care for the customer. They refused to listen to my issues with my vehicle and pressured me into signing a warranty document that didn't describe the issue that I was having. When I asked them to correct the document I was told that they will not give me my keys back until I sign it and refused to correct the document to accurately describe my issue.

My daughter bought 2015 Kia Soul here a year and a half ago. Since then she has had to have it towed 5-6 time over 70-80 miles. Repeatedly had it repaired and been stranded multiple times. The company literally told her she was young and should have been better informed. Do not buy from them! They find ways around stepping up to their lemon vehicles!

At the front end, I was quite pleased with my experience with Formula Nissan in Barre, VT. However, over a couple weeks I had to follow up on my insurance because they didn't do the transfer, had to bring my brand new 2025 Kicks back because the heater wasn't working properly and they led me to believe I would be responsible for the service cost (I wasn't charged, but it wasn't handled with customer care) and I feel I was taken on my trade. They claimed my Murano was very low value, but turned around and listed on their web site for much more. I understand the need to make money, but they could have easily shared the gain to help avoid an extreme new car payment. I was left with the impression they care more about making money than treating customers fairly.
On the upside, Nissan vehicles sell themselves as I have been a long time Nissan owner and love my new Kicks.

Dont buy or service your vehicles here. Bought a truck quick deal as I'm a busy man. Was misinformed by Joe the sales MANAGER on motor and transmission truck had, over the phone and in person. I didn't think a dealer would lie about something like that and I didn't do my diligence due to having a back injury. Upon purchase brakes made noise and tires were not balanced and shook all over road, said they'd fix it. They swapped my tires around and mounted them inside out and were covered in tire chalk, was told they greased pins and pad clips but still made noise and told me it needs brakes. Brakes had 8mm of pad, dude. Pictured below are my clips dyer than a fart. They never even took it apart and lied to me. Had 2 kids tell me scuffing glazed pads for noise is dangerous, when shops I've worked at have sandpaper taped to lift posts specifically for scuffing pads. I cleaned my caliper brackets up, lubed clips and pins and scuffed my pads like I asked them and wouldn't you know? No more squeek. Liars and idiots. Don't say you did a service when you never did and lie to my face. 3, 3hour 1 way trips wasted due to LIES. Owner told me I have no reason to be upset, meanwhile I'm cleaning brakes on the ground with 3 herniated discs. Just an awful experience and my trust is ruined during a time where I was dealing with an injury and looking for something to just be taken care of and simple for once. I feel very taken advantage of, and no dealership I've ever worked at would have done something like this to a customer like they did to me.

Had a transmission breakdown. Needed to trade in for a new vehicle. The dealer was very clear and honest about the cost. No hidden fees or surprises. They were able to accommodate me without prior appointment.
The entire process went smooth. Would definitely recommend Formula Nissan to friends and family.

Both times I have purchased vehicles from Formula Nissan the service has been outstanding!
My sales person, TJ and the Sales Manager, Joe listened, researched and worked extremely hard to find the vehicle I wanted, within my budget.
They never attempted to talk me into a more expensive vehicle, and were committed to making it work for me financially.
I certainly will purchase all my vehicles from Formula Nissan. I am very confident in referring others to check this dealership out.
Thanks to the entire team for making my experience a positive and successful one.

Gave Formula Nissan a second chance for help with a 2023 Nissan Frontier that experienced the same issue as it did in December where they wouldn’t do anything until after the battery froze and lost codes. They would not help us. We talked to the owner and got the same response as to how his mechanics were out straight and couldn’t look at the truck until August 18th. We had to have truck towed to another Nissan dealership and while we were waiting for the tow truck, one of the mechanics took a couple cigarette breaks and then two mechanics watched from the doorway while our truck was being loaded on the wrecker. The wrecker driver offered to run the codes because ‘it only takes a minute.’ DO NOT RECOMMEND FORMULA NISSAN.

I've been doing business here for a few years now. I purchased a Frontier and NV200 from you guys. I now have a 2024 Titan purchased from Lebanon, Nissan because you guys didnt have any Titans at the time. Several months ago I called about a check engine light, oil change and tire rotation and scheduled months in advance. Appointment day came and once I arrived I was told that they were too busy to look at my check engine light. A phone call would have been nice since I drove 45 minutes to get there. The girl at the desk didn't even apologize or try to reschedule for my check engine light. I can do the oil change myself if I had to, I just thought it'd be nice to get the engine light fixed and knock out an oil change at the same time. This was unprofessional.

Horrible place. Sold me a car that is legit a lemon and am stuck with it after I have repeatedly told them countless times I needed a safe reliable car for my job. Now I am stuck with an unsafe vehicle with no other option besides repossession on my record and men that refuse to talk to me. Bad enough one quit or got fired and the other who thinks they know everything. I had to quit and move states to try and get my car serviced for cheaper, but all I get is phone tag. Don't even waste your time if you're a young woman who doesn't know much about cars. They clearly don't care. Now they're saying I never brought it to get serviced checked on. Which is also a lie, I brought it not long AFTER I bought the car I had it towed with AAA to get looked at and was told to go to my local Kia because they were a Nissan dealer. What a joke. Pretty pathetic on their end. I have documents and everything and communication threads yet they don't like to own accountability.
