Every single time I have gone into the Barre location so far, I am either the only customer or one of one or two other customers in the store and each time, I am standing at the check out counter with no other customers standing with me while the employees make eye contact with me but don't come over to assist me. Not one employee has been busy to excuse me standing there without help. I either see the employees standing talking to one another or looking off into space. I am clearly noticed by the employees but am still left standing for a ridiculous amount of time. Then when someone does finally come over to check me out that has seen me waiting, I receive no apology for the wait. I waited so long today, just over ten minutes to be exact, that I just put my items on the check out counter and left. Every person I know that has gone to this location has had the exact same experience! I would be sympathetic if they were busy but they never have been when I am in there. It is absolutely infuriating and I refuse to return to this location any longer.

Not the biggest fan of their new set up, feels so crowded and like a maze, almost claustrophobic in there. There is too much for that small of space. But I am glad they are up and running after the flood. They went through a lot. Line was a little slow with one cashier. But they have just what I needed, so I was very glad about that.

Back in the Summer, the whole complex was flooded. It has been completely renovated and I like the new setup very much. Service was very good.

I walked in asking about how to start knitting, and or crocheting. Shane was very helpful in describing the logistics of both. He suggested crochet to start with and suggested to use a woobles kit which they had plenty of. I bought two and left the store excited to start! Thank you for your help Shane!

Little store so doesn't have everything. It is great for me because I mainly need material. Very organized and I get great deals using the app for coupons along with their sales.
